This extended cord for my Vizio TV allowed me to run the power through the pre pipe in the wall to another outlet, so I would not have to install an outlet behind the tv on the wall.

I wanted a wall mount with as little impact on my wall as possible. So I went with the recommended and affordable non-adjustable style. Although my television was at the higher end of what it would hold, it was well within the recommendations. My flat screen TV isn't new, but it isn't all that old either. Nonetheless, when it came time to mount it up a lack of space haunted me repeatedly. First it was almost impossible to get it onto the rail because my television was too stalky. But when I finally did, all of my cords were in the way. As a result it was scratching the wall and had a unappealing angle pointed more at the ceiling than me! This cord was part of a set I purchased and did the trick perfectly. It powers my television without trouble and seems well built and safe. I sure am glad this was available and so affordable!

I bought one of these for my wall-mounted TV, and it does exactly what it needs to do; power the TV. The only (small, SMALL) gripe I had with the cable is how much the right-angle connector stuck out from the back of my TV. It almost made using this with my Samsung LCD a pain with my wall mount. I would recommend you make sure the area where your power cord plugs into your TV has enough clearance to use this right-angle plug if you are using a mounting bracket or similar device, and always feel free to plug in the right-angle end BEFORE mounting the TV to make life easier.

I chose this cord because I mounted my tv to the wall above my fireplace and I needed a longer power cord. I like that it fit and did everything I needed it to. I didn't like that the gauge was a little small...my tv is a 59", but that was my fault as the gauge was listed in the description. Overall a great cord!

Needed a longer power supply cord for wall mounting my TV. This worked perfectly plugged right in and was plenty long. Not any better or worse build quality than the cord that came with my TV
