Works with Dell computer
I have a Dell computer with thunderbolt ports for the graphics card. The cables that came with the computer are for display ports. When I bought a drawing tablet it needed an HDMI port that my computer didn’t have. This worked well with my display port.

It worked for my MacBook Air
Needed this to connect a new cheap monitor to my pld MacBook Air and it worked. Plugging it into the Mac was confusing though; logic would dictate you would have the print on the device facing up. In this case, plug it in with the printing facing down. A smarter person than me would have probably figured this out faster. I thought it didn't worm at first because of this. But so far it works very well after a month of use.
