5POROR Orange Fixed Blade Survival Knife w/Sheath

I own several ESEE knives and I'm quite sure this is an excellent knife. However; when I received this, I was incredibly disappointed in its appearance, condition, and packaging. It didn't come in the manufacturers' box...I received it in a PLASTIC BAG sealed with tape. The knife had black marring all over the handle, the blade was not in new condition, and there was no belt clip or mounting hardware. This is no way to sell a $168 knife and I know for a fact that ESEE does not sell new knives in such subpar condition. Because ESEE makes a high-quality knife and my others have come to me in brand-new condition, I ordered another one, but from a different seller even though it wasn't Prime-eligible. So it isn't shipped with the Factory ESEE box but it is still brand new with all the components that come from ESEE new...minus the cardboard box you're going to recycle anyway. The knife was in the sheath for shipping and perhaps that's why there is some black marking on the front of the handle closest to the blade but that will come with time through use anyway. Either way, the price paid makes it super easy to over look this. Otherwise, it was perfectly brand new with sheath, belt clip and screws/grommets to attach it all sealed in a plastic bag with ESEE paperwork. There was absolutely no damage to the knife or cutting edge as mentioned in another review. 4/5 stars just because of the very small black marks. Again, the price for a quality knife makes it really easy to over look that. I would buy from again!
