This is a fine Nori seaweed. Tasty and solidly functional. I like that it is Raw as this allows for a stronger, more tensile strength to be available. It also allows us to toast it, by lightly passing it over a flame or electric burner, until it's toasted just right for us. The already toasted versions can sometimes be too brittle and can tear while rolling up. I do veggie burgers, greens,almond butter (or tahini) to seal the wrap,onions,shaved carrots, other veg. ...rolled up and sealed ...Yum! Works well for me for tuna salad roll ups too! I can't use bread due to a gluten allergy,nor too much Gluten Free bread due to diabetes (too many carbs) but with this Nori....YAY!... Roll up Sannys!!

I usually buy Nori from specialty shops online but one day I ran out and needed Nori quick, so I bought this one. All I can say is that I was very surprised by the quality of this product. I guess I've always assumed I couldn't find specialty, gourmet food on Amazon, but this product proved me wrong. The taste is fantastic - much more flavorful than the other companies I purchased from - and get this, cheaper too! Will definitely buy again!!

If you like nori and you care about raw ingredients to preserve the natural values, this is a reliable brand, consistent and legit. It doesn’t add anything, only one ingredient. Even my cat loves it!

I like raw vegan ingredients and this is one of my go-to ones for vegetable salads. I wasn’t finding it in stores since moving from NYC to south Florida, so ordered it from Amazon. If, like me, you prioritize eating the most nutritious yet tasty foods, I highly recommend this!

Raw nori for sushi. The taste is different from roasted nori. Roasted would taste more smokey and crispy. This is useful for a raw diet. I prefer the raw nori taste to roasted nori, but it took me a pack or two to acquire the taste.

This price is unbeatable! The bamboo roller is easy to use, as is the Nori. Some people suggest heating the Nori slightly over an open flame before rolling it into sushi I didn’t. I used it as is, & it cut fairly well. The flavor was great. I could eat a sheet all by itself as a snack. Happy with this purchase

I was surprised to receive the serving bamboo. Very nice. The wraps are fresh, easy to separate, I was originally concerned about that. I received very my set all in one. Loved that.
