Had to replace a 30 year old Santa’s workshop and wanted quality at a great price. This piece is fabulous and arrived very well protected and perfect! I love it! It is a much better and safer item than what I had. The detail, color and beauty of the piece speaks for itself (see photos). I couldn’t be more pleased, and Christmas means a lot to me, and my home reflects this love in great detail. Trust me — this is an asset for the Christmas season! Joy to the world! 🎄

This is perfect for my kitchen counter. I no longer have the time or patience to build a gingerbread house, but this is an excellent substitute. The details are what makes this special.

This is a very cute piece, and definitely worth the price with the coupon…approx $33-ish pl S tax. I DO NOT believe this is legit Kurt Adler. It has a few detail differences from the real one. I purchased 3 Kurt Adler pieces in the past month. The other 2 (one was a Christmas train purchased on Amazon, one a house purchased at Macy’s), BOTH were in Kurt Adler boxes. This house came in a generic box with no labeling of any kind on the piece or the box. The legit KA pieces have a much sturdier feel. This piece has a sort of flimsy feel to it. Having said that, I think it looks close enough for the price difference, and no one will remotely know the difference unless you say anything!
