Too tiny for a blind man to install, but the price was great. Sturdiness is what I expected. Just right for small projects, but if you're planning a cubic foot box these hinges might be too small. I love that antique look and style.

I build jewelry boxes for others and spend weeks working with the best lumber I can find, mostly walnut. I want my boxes to be valued and cherished, and put my very best efforts into making therm. So, when I received these latches, I was very disappointed. They are very flimsy, bend easily, and will not last. Someone sent in a picture of the hollow construction and that says it all. I'm returning these items and buying a better quality latch.
