Wonderful sleep aid.
As I have gotten older, my sleep has not been where I want it to be. So, I have tried many sleep items, with little to no results. I have purchased Nutricost before with my sports supplement items, so I decided to try their valerian root. Well, let's say that I will never go to sleep without taking this brand of Valerian root again. It works wonderfully. Take that from an older dude that has been around long enough to remember that when I wanted to change the channel on the TV station, I got out of my chair and manually turned the dial.

It doesn’t work!
This doesn’t work like it says it does. My husband has difficulty getting to sleep and after reading about this product I ordered it and we were very disappointed with the results. I don’t recommend it.

I have used it for years. It is the best to calm the nerves.
If you have problems with your nervous system, there is no better natural product to relax you if you are upset or have a lot of stress.
