No manual to help install.
Wish it had instructions how to connect to phone or PC with links to drivers. I have to figure it out on own. Disappointed

I build kiosks
These are quality. I build kiosks using them. They stay on 24/7 for us and take a beating. So far we have not had a single issue with them.

Problems with older games. (No mouse emulation)
Returned to seller. I was unable to get it to work anywhere but on Windows Desktop. It arrived via UPS from Amazon in 4 days. It came packaged in a shipping tube that provides extreme protection from enroute damage. Assembly is simple with the provided screwdriver and takes about a half hour on a clean, flat work surface. This frame is extruded aluminum and all led's and sensors are inside the extrusion. Again, very well protected.I put it together, plugged it into a USB port, and started using it right away. It works better than my 73 year old fingers do, but practice makes perfect and my touch screening on the desktop is improving. I have found a pencil eraser to be an excellent stylus for setting it up, especially with small icons on the desktop. It really does work very well, especially after calibrating the touch point with Windows 10 settings. Just search for "touch" and you'll find it.For temporary positioning over the TV, I propped up the bottom of the frame with wood scraps and attached it to the TV frame with "EZ Tack" adhesive clay. This allows fine adjustments for initial testing and calibration without serious glue or hardware. For fine adjustments to the height, use some old playing cards to get it just right. An observation on touchscreen...What I assumed would add to the immersion of flight sims turned out to be, in my opinion, completely wrong. Since the head tracking device is always changing the view onscreen, finding and touching a screen object like [Left Magneto] is anything but intuitive. Even if I "freeze" the TrackIR view, it is still a chore to find and touch any control item... it's like using my finger as a mouse on an uncomfortably large touchpad. It's also very easy to make an erroneous selection. The mouse is much more accurate than touching the screen for me and also keeps my screen much cleaner than smudgy fingertips!I find that extra physical control devices with switches, sliders and buttons, placed properly around your office "Cockpit" add a much greater degree of realism than the touchscreen.

Works Great! Be Careful!
Everything works as advertised! I am using Linux, and it worked instantly. But be careful! A TV's screen size is usually 1/2" smaller than what is advertised on the box. I shopped at Best Buy and this was true for EVERY TV that they sold. The dimensions of this touch screen overlay are actually as advertised, so it will be very difficult finding a TV that fits correctly.Apparently there is a calibration software that can fix this issue, but it's weird that the link isn't provided with the product. All the links that I see on the amazon page are dead.

Works fairly well. Plug and play for Windows 10 and Mac OS
I built a wall display with this. I routed out a grove for it to sit hidden in the frame right in front of some plexi glass to protect the actual monitors screen. This worked out REALLY well because the plexi glass is much closer to the point that it sees your finger. So I dont have nearly as big of an issue with that as other reviewers. In the middle 90% of the screen everything works well enough that you can navigate around windows just fine. The only bad thing about is when you try to touch the corners or when you want to right click. For example I cant hit the X on a full screened web browser. I have to drag the window down and then hit the X when its closer to the middle of the display. When you want to right click you have to tap then tap again and hold. The sensor almost always thinks your finger moves and so it wont work right. You can eventually get it but its not always easy.I am still giving this 4 stars because I dont expect this infrared touch sensor to be nearly as good as what most people are used to. Its just not possible, but even so this is quite usable.

Be prepared to MacGyver a solution for the final destination being the front of the monitor
The frame does indeed make it a touchscreen I can open applications I can close applications I can do most everything except write it is too clunky for that fine skill. This is because the touch part happens an 8th of an inch or so away from the screen. Your fingers do work but I highly recommend a stylus of sorts because your fingers are thick enough to put the touch off some.Set up was simple once you put it together I plugged it into the usb hub the monitor provided and it just worked like an HID should. You do have to calibrate it with Windows 10 if you are using multiple monitors for your workspace. The big issue I have with the frame is there was no way to attach it to the front of the monitor I bought this for a 43 inch Dell 4K monitor. The frame does indeed fit the 43 inches but there is no adhesive‘s there was no clips there was nothing. I wound up purchasing 3m adhesive strips to hold on front leaving the bottom right corner without because It also did not have a solution for monitors with controls on the front of the monitor frame instead of underneath the monitor. So to change monitor settings or inputs I have to pull the frame away from the monitor in the bottom right cot see and get my fingers behind it to push the buttons guessing because I can’t read the symbols any longer they are covered.Overall I am ok with the purchase it is a 43inch 4K touch screen for under $700. But it does leave room for improvement

Good product, great service!
Received the product and it had some issues. I talked to the folks at Greentouch in China and they tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with no luck. They immediately sent a replacement which they tested to make sure it was good (they sent me a video of it) and I got it in just a few days. This one worked great with no issues at all. Only reason for the 4 stars in accuracy is probably because I have not calibrated it and it is off by about an inch. For my use that is no issue at all. They stood by their product and made it right!

Perfect
It works perfectly, since the USB cable seems a little bit weak, I taped it and use a USB extension instead in case someone would break it, The tv is mounted on a cart and many people are using it...
