The chair is a mixed bag of budget and comfort with some serious quality control issues. From a far it looks much more premium than it actually is. Which given the price (compared to all these branded chairs) is a positive in my book.Once you get closer, you start to realize that most of the plastic pieces are very rough and seem to not be completely finished, there were scuffs in parts of the seat and backMine also came with a few defects like one of the arms was completely disassembled and was missing a spring and two screws which makes the ability to raise and lower that arm much more difficult.The chair is fairly stiff but I think that’s expected with these racing chairs. And because you can recline it, I am able to find a comfortable sitting possition for long sessions.The wheels that I received are nothing like the ones pictured. This is particularly annoying since I happen to think the ones pictured give the chair some character. The ones included are your tipical all black plastic wheels.Like the other review mentioned, it would have been great if this chair included the head pillow but it’s not a deal breaker given the price.I think if they had included the correct wheels and the missing spring I wouldn’t feel so bad about it. But as it stands I don’t think I would recommend this one

Pretty easy to put together. No missing parts.The user of this chair is avout 5'4", weighs around 145 lbs. Even for that size, one problem with such gaming chairs is that the wings on the seat can be too close together and squish the legs and thighs. But not on this chair.The wings are at an angle flatter than most, so it opens up more and they don't stick up as high. Which is a big plus and no problem there for the legs and thighs.Paddings around the whole chair can be thicker but adequate.The thing that this doesn't get 5 stars is because when sitting, the center of gravity of the chair automatically tilt back slightly with no assertion on the seater's part to recline. Even though it moves barely half an inch or so with no pushing, it's distracting. It migh not bother others but we prefer the chair to remain still as we sit straight, since we use it for working at the desk more than gaming. We are trying to fix that tilt by adding in a washer at the base of certain screws and see if that helps.In all, it is a good enough chair and with the 3 years warranty, would be a reasonable chair for some but can be better for us.

This product is horrible. Quality is terrible. Received the item with holes in the “leather”. Some of the holes for the bolts to go in were not the right thread making the bolts very difficult to put in. Overall not a good chair.

Great chair. I was going for an automotive theme for my office so I was looking for a chair with good reviews, decent price and had a decent weight limit. This chair checked all the boxes. Great support and feels solid.-Update after 4 months.-Still holding strong. It gets used 8-9 hours per day. I weigh 240ish lbs. All functions still work nothing has broken or torn. Still has cushioning and support.

I’m 6’2” 230lbs and this chair is surprisingly comfortable. It was easy to assemble and Instructions were pretty straightforward. My only complaint is the wheelbase is plastic. I wouldn’t try leaning too far back. I also wish I came with a neck pillow but not a deal breaker. Overall the chair has solid construction. Another plus is it comes with a 3 year warranty. Kinda hard to pass that up. Very satisfied.

Chair is Amazing really needed a new one after my old chair that i had for 4 years.adjustable armrest,back pillow,note it doesnt come with 2 pillows but one wich is ok for me.after figuering out how to get the recliner to work i had to loosen one of the screws because it was too tightly screwed in.but its working now and i love this chair.only downside was when it arrived one of the covers camed cracked.but not their fault(Clatina) so ill just give it a 5 stars.

I have bad back issues and this chair helped so much.
