Mundial Replacement Spring for Poultry Shears

If you have a pair of heavy-duty, spring-loaded kitchen shears from the likes of Wusthof or Henckels, you know that the one part of the tool that ISN'T super robust is the spring. Good shears should last a lifetime and maybe even more, but the spring will break or wear out over time. Rather than going through customer service with the manufacturer or returning your shears for refurbishment, it's way easier and quicker to pay the very affordable price of a 3rd-party spring like this one. I cannot tell the difference between this spring and the original one. It's rather stiff at first, but breaks-in quickly.

My wife has a really nice 9 1/2" poultry shears purchased in France many years ago (it is stamped on the handle "Recoso Solingen Verchromt"). Somehow we lost the spring and we weren't able to find a replacement spring. I thought I would try this Mundial Spring for Shears as it didn't cost very much. It fit exactly and we are very pleased. Our shears now is fully functional once again.

We have a Wustoff poultry shears. This item worked wonderfully as a replacement spring.
