Royal Horticultural Society RHS Everflow Garden Hose - 13mm x 50m

Fine at first but developed pinhole leaks in several places. Normally would cut out leak and rejoin with a repair connector but this is impossible due to the inner core preventing connector push fitting. Even after using a sharp blade, pliers and a file to remove the core the inner surface couldn’t be smoothed and leaks at the connector continued. First hose was replaced by manufacturer. Waiting to see if replacement develops leaks.The manufacturer leaves out the core at each end of the hose so nozzles etc can be fitted but beware if you want to cut and shorten the hose.

I've had this hose for a few years now, and it works fine, right up to the point where I needed to cut the hose to make it shorter, then I found that I couldn't connect it to any hose adapter or another piece of hose as it had a filament that ran through the the centre. So I spent ages with a set of pliers and a sharp Stanley knife trying to cut out the filament, which I eventually did, however once I connected the hose to its adapter, there was a permanent leak out of the hose from I assume where I cut the filament, & it not being smooth.Anyhow, I have taken the hose out & replaced it with another hose now as the constant drip leak was irritating me.

Met expectations it was just right for my 150ft garden operate fine even when there were kink on it. Only issue water dose leak from the nozzle fitting and spray out.

Great hose and seems very tough, it can be a bit stiff in cold weather. I like that I have confidence in it not failing and that even when kinked water still flows,Combine it with quality fittings for trouble free use

Bought this hose 18 months ago, it now has sprung several leaks along length, materials seem to have de-laminated. I do not keep outside in the sun or frost, yet it still failed. Also the water flow is terrible because of the inner rib feature that runs the whole length of pipe, Utter rubbish, don't waste your money.

This hose has all one could want in a hose pipe on paper,However on first use I found it was very heavy to handle even on a cart ,but the Flow of water was a disgrace .,I set it up to water my flower board after a while I found that I had such a very poor flow that after 1hour it had hardly wetted the ground so my plants did not get the water they wanted .Then to give it a real test my Husband tried top our pond up with it ,after a while my Husband said that he would go and put the car in the garage as he was fed up standing there waiting for it as the flow was so poor .it took I/2. hour to to put a small amount in .All in all this hose pipe is all words but to do any serious watering with it is a utter disgrace .To sum up this hosepipe is very heavy but does not do the job it was purchased for.

Really substantial hose. Might not get quite the flow rate as a normal hose, but at least it never kinks.

Saw this hose being demonstrated on TV, I needed a new hose, wouldn't normally pay this much for one, but it actually works as it says it does. So long term I think it will be worth the money.
