Yerbae/the product is excellent, Amazon the carrier's service for my last 3-4 purchases has been a LAME JOKE! I even paid $3.00 extrta for next day shipping and those products still took 4-5 days. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING AMAZON!??? WHERE IS YOUR SO CALLED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and WHY dont you BACK your promise when you say the shipment will arrive in 1 day or arrive in 2 days, STICK WITH THAT! I am so close to cancelling my account! Im so sick of being jerked aroud with your crappy shipping delays when YOU say its next day!!! Yerbae is FANTASTIC, 5 STARS Amazon is a SICK JOKE 1/2 star.

A low carb and sugar free drink that is not sweetened with artificial sweeteners that are toxic to your body. It has a smooth aftertaste. Taste sweet with a plant based pick me up. Clean drink for health nuts like me.

This is my favorite energy drink. Typical caffeine makes me jittery and I do not drink sweetened beverages. This gives me enough caffeine to get moving and no sugar or artificial dyes. I was no longer able to locate it at my local store and was bummed till I found it here on Amazon. The 1st case had 2 busted and soaked the packaging. The company contacted ME to see how the purchase was. They said that was not a normal occurrence and sent me a 12 pack free of charge. I just received my 2nd case and all were in perfect condition. If you like La croix, you will like this. If not, this will probably not be for you. If you are sensitive to caffeine but need a little boost, give this a try. Edit- I have been buying this product for over a year. Now I cannot contact the seller to let them know that every can in my case is busted but one. I can’t return the item. It’s ineligible and the case is not packaged in a way to prevent proper damage. Every case that comes to me has a few damaged. Min 3-4. I never complain but this is too much. I guess I have to find an alternative now

These are pretty good. You get clean energy. I had 4 cans that were damaged but didnt burst. Took pic of 2 for the review. Trying to stay away from toxic chemicals in other energy drinks? Give this a try. I also like the clean flavor and it's not too sweet.

UPDATE (see prior below): The customer service team immediately reached out to me and sent me a new replacement variety pack (for free) after initially receiving a batch with some damaged cans. The new pack arrived in perfect condition and I was able to enjoy all of the cans! I’m excited about this product - great taste, light, refreshing, gets the clean energy boost job done, and great customer service. I honestly enjoyed all of the flavors equally - maybe the açaí blueberry a bit more, but will likely lean towards getting the variety pack when placing future orders. PREVIOUS: Nearly 8 of the cans in the 12 pack arrived damaged to the point where they looked like they might explode if I tried opening them, but I couldn't even open them when I tried because the tops were so dented. I was so excited to try this drink because I was looking for a sparkling drink that is more caffeinated than Phocus but around the same price point and this one fit the bill! I really loved the flavors I was able to open and try but was only able to enjoy 1/3 of what I paid for. Tried to find a way to contact the seller but couldn't so I'm not really sure what to do. Returning the product seemed counterproductive since my shipping was free and I'd have to pay even more to ship it back. I'd really appreciate some help to resolve this!

Pretty average amount of energy, the flavors taste good. Extremely carbonated, almost like opening a champagne bottle so open with caution

I love this product, the ingredients are great. The flavor is fantastic, it is effective and clean but it is pricey, unfortunately. And difficult to buy it anywhere. Unfortunately, I am constantly having to talk to customer service because they can’t put the word “fragile” on their box for some reason, nor can they packag their box with any kind of padding. For that reason, I end up getting a box that looks like it’s been through hell, (I have heard the UPS guy literally throw it at my door), and I have gotten numerous boxes with damaged product like in the pictures above. They said they were working on packaging over a year ago, but the only thing that changed was they added a clear plastic bag . I guess that way it won’t be known that it’s leaking until it arrives. I have had so many failed shipments (prior to them being in the plastic bag, probably because UPS noticed it was leaking all over their truck). Thankfully customer service is great and they always replace the product, it just boggles my mind that they’re willing to waste so much money doing that rather than JUST put the word “fragile” on their box and use appropriate packaging. It is not worth the money, even though the drink is delicious. And for me, it was less a question about money. It was more a question of waiting for it to arrive, getting it only to find that it is un-drinkable, or all of the drinks explode every time I try to open them because they’ve been shaken to hell and back. Or just not receiving them at all because the delivery failed, so I have not EVER gotten a consistent subscribe and save delivery even after numerous emails with customer service. I decided to come and post my review here since nothing is changing. I’m really sad that I’m canceling, this is my favorite product but I finally found a product that is properly packaged. It arrives when I order it, and I’ve never had it arrive damaged, so I am changing companies.
