This cream is really good. It not only removes deep wrinkles but also improve my skin texture through minimizing large pores. I have combination skin: oily t-zone and normal on my cheeks and chin. It’s my first time of trying Retinol product. After six months of using this product, I never had side effect from the cream. I also combined the lymphatic drainage massage with this product. As a result, I saw my skin improvement after two month. I use the cream 3 times per week at night about 3 hours before sleep. I apply this product to décolleté, neck, face, eye area, and hands. Now I’m looking 20 years younger. I’m very happy with the result. I read review about severe reaction of the cream. I think it because they using it in a wrong way. Tips for Avoiding Retinol side Effects: 1. Depend on your skin condition you may see the result of the cream in 6 months to 1 year. So, prepare yourself for a long process. 2. Examine your décolleté, neck, face, and eye area cleansing products. They should be oil and alcohol free. Avoid to use face scrubs. 4. Apply the cream only on completely dry skin. Eye area: apply only around eyes avoiding to put the products on lid. After applying this product, I’m doing eyes exercise for helping eyes to absorb the cream evenly. You can get best result from the cream with using jade face roller. 5. Apply very thin layer in avoiding to coloring your skin to light orange color. After 30 minutes, you need to apply good moisturizer. I used Aloe Vera gel for whole body. Two month later, you can use only this retinol cream without moisturizer. Also, use SPF 30+ every morning when go to outside. 6. Never use retinol and vitamin C creams at the same time. It is better to use cream with Vitamin C in a morning and retinol cream at night. 6. VERY IMPORTANT STEP! Take a time for adapting your skin to the retinol product. Start to use this product 1 time per week. If your skin does not show any reaction to the product you can use it 2 times per week and so on. I started adapting my skin from hand. I hope these tips can help. Also, I saw that some people complained about a small size of the jar. No it not. After seven months, I am still using my first jar of this cream. I will purchase this product again as long as the price stays the same. UPDATES: I finished my first jar of this cream. Do not through away your jar when it stops pumping the cream. Try to open all the plastic. I found two- week supply of this product left in the jar. I post a picture. I hope it helps.

I am not much of a skincare routine person, and I'm very gluten-sensitive, so I can't wear most make-up or use a lot of products. I really like this product and have been using it for over a year. This was my first retinol use of any kind, and my skin is not particularly sensitive except to gluten. This product has helped make my skin less oily, has greatly decreased the little bumpy sebaceous filaments (black dots) in my nose, chin, and cheeks, and has made my skin so much softer- and smoother-feeling. During the first two weeks, I did have acne and redness as my skin coughed up all that extra oil it had been storing. I got a few big pimples in the places I usually get pimples. For two or three days during those first few weeks, the end of my nose looked like Rudolph the reindeer, but it disappeared about the time I was starting to get worried, and after that, my nose no longer looked like a strawberry. I use it almost every night after washing my face before bed. In the morning, I wash my face with a gentle cleanser. Before this product, I had to wipe down my face several times a day because it was so oily, I no longer have to do that. The product is lightweight, goes on easily, and I don't notice the scent for more than a few seconds. I don't have to use it every day, but I do notice that I start to break out and my face gets greasy if I don't use it for a few days. This is a pretty low level of retinol, so don't expect miracles for your wrinkles, but I do feel like the fine lines around my mouth and eyes are a little better, my sebaceous hyperplasia hasn't gotten any worse, and I'm no longer aging as rapidly. One fun thing I wasn't expecting was that it seems to have made the thick middle-aged white woman mustache hairs and chin hairs a lot finer and smoother. I no longer have to constantly run to the bathroom to tweeze a sharp chin hair. I still get hairs, but they are fewer and smoother, so I can no longer rely on sharp hairs to remind me to check and tweeze them. Your mileage and experience may vary, of course. I am white, over 50, and grew up in the sun and didn't use a lot of sunscreen most of my life.

After I gave up alcohol for a few months, I found myself plagued by acne in my early 30s. I tried EVERYTHING--from holistic face washes and creames to hardcore spot treatments. I wasn't getting the results I wanted from anything. While the spot treatments were the most effective, applying such a harsh solution all over my face was not something I felt comfortable doing for a long time. My friend uses retinol on his skin, which has improved his problem areas. I was reluctant to try anything so concentrated, but I started to do a little research. I came to Amazon to compare a few products and came across this Simplified Skin product. I read almost every review from all ends of the star spectrum and decided to try this cream out. SO GLAD I DID. When I first received the product, I thought the pump was broken. I saw other reviewers had mentioned issues with the pump/packaging, so while I was bummed I wasn't surprised. I contacted the seller and they were ready to replace it without an issue, but I had managed to get the dispenser to work after a little twisting and persistent, frantic pumping. While I was impressed with their response, I was still unsure of the product, especially since my friend warned me about sun exposure and changes in skin dryness while using retinol. Even though he uses a prescription-grade product, I still exercised some caution when using Simplified Skin: I started with one application at night and used a SPF moisturizer during the day. After noticing results and getting my skin acclimated to the new routine and product, I started applying it in the mornings as well (unless I knew I was going to be outside all day, then I skipped the AM application). While I do end up with some dry patches by my eyebrows and chin, it's nothing that isn't remedied by the moisturizer itself (or another moisturizing cream, like CeraVe). I definitely recommend giving this product a try! Just be sure to test it out, ESPECIALLY if you have sensitive skin. I've gotten compliments regarding the overall healthy glow this product gives my skin! I've applied this religiously for only two or three consecutive weeks, but even after going a few days between applications, I still feel like there is a VAST improvement in my skin. I plan on ordering another vial of this cream to see how prolonged, consistent use of this product looks.

I was so excited to find Simplified Skin products because I really care that products are Cruelty free, Paraben free, Sulfate free, Gluten free, Fragrance free and are made in the USA. However I was so excited that I overlooked something. All the ingredients on the back are very well defined except one. Why would they make the effort to clearly define all but one ingredient? They failed to define the Glycerin other than saying it was vegetable and kosher. Why would they not say it was SOY. Soy is one of the most common allergens. I used it and although it felt rich and silky smooth it gave me hives. I wrote the company to find out if it contained soy and after waiting 2 weeks I wrote back to follow up and was told that yes it contained soy. While waiting over 2 weeks for a response my window of opportunity to return this product had closed. Now I have a nice product that I cannot use.

It is great and you can feel the difference between others that claim to be retinol products. It spares all the big design bottles and appears small. But compared to other sizes in magnifier jars it’s the same. Need a scrub in a couple of days. New skin surface.

Great product and a very awesome company. This seller went out of their way to fix an issue I had with another product I purchased from them. Customer service is 💯! I’m definitely recommending this face moisturizer with retinol it’s not heavy and actually doesn’t over dry my face. And I have somewhat oily skin. So finding a night time cream is really important to me and it must not break me out. This brand doesn’t break me out one bit, and I am prone to breaking out. I still do and I’m in my 40’s and I feel like a teenager when I get zits. So I will continue to use this product and trust me I’ve tried a bunch and they either do nothing or over dry or make me break out. This Retinol is perfect 👌! No funny smells either. I don’t like my moistures to have any kind of fragrance in it and this one fits that need for me. I wanted to post pictures but for some reason I am not able to right now? Nice packaging and I was able to wipe everything down with a disinfectant wipe and still read all of the ingredients which is very important to me in this pandemic we now are living in. It also came really fast. Next day to be exact which wasn’t expected. So yes this seller has went above and beyond in my eyes. Definitely give them a try, I did, and now it’s my new favorite cream, plus I’ve been using it for a few weeks now just to be sure, and it’s a very good quality product! 💯💯💯💙

Healthy skin is VERY important to me. I rarely wear makeup (eye makeup in this photo) as I dont want to ruin my skin and I drink a ton of water and sweat often for good health.That being said, I found a night cream on groupon a few years back with retinol init and loved it.my husband actually saw this product on a deal of the day here on Amazon and bought it for me after mine ran out. I use it religiously every night after I wash my face and I swear by this product! I use it to avoid early wrinkles even though I'm about to be 50. It's fantastic preventive cream. Its worth every penny. It's not a miracle worker.you have to take care of yourself...fight stress by getting "calm time" ( yea right..im nurse lol)sleep,dont cake your face daily year after year with foundation that ruins your skin..get exercise and sweat out the toxins..BUT this is the best product you will find for your face hands down.you are being ripped off at the department stores with their overpriced creams.this is literally all you need! It only takes a small amount to cover your whole neck and face. Smooth it in with upward strokes. Nothing compares ladies and gentlemen ..nothing. do yourself a favor and buy this. I get nothing for this review except a great feeling knowing I'm passing on a great product. I know I look young for my age with no gray hair yet but look at that skin!!lol.. this is all I use..score!! I'm on my second bottle only because I accidentally left my last bottle on a houseboat.. awesome price for a product that lasts!!!

The only thing that's not 5 star about it is, obviously, the scent for me. And the scent isn't horrible or even offensive. I'll admit I like things that have a pleasing scent when it comes to beauty/hair products. If I'm given a choice between unscented or scented I'll usually choose scented. The scent that I get from this is actually a very light yeasty smell. Or at least that's what it reminds me of. Think a good yeasty beer, not bread. It's not overpowering, by any means. It's just kind of there. The product actually goes on beautifully and absorbs quickly. It leaves a wonderfully hydrated feeling to the skin, and is not greasy to the touch at all. Very light and almost a dewy, hydrated after effect that lasts. I've worn it under makeup and my foundation sits beautifully on it. (I didn't apply my makeup immediately after.....probably about an hour after, so it had absorbed into the skin.) Mostly I apply it generously prior to bed, and my skin looks good after about a month of use. I love retinol and at this price and for the quantity it's a great product. I'll definitely purchase again.
