At last!!!!
This is the third brand of "No Tie" shoe laces that I purchased. One I kept, and one I returned, but this one was the BEST one of the three and the least expensive! My bad back makes it hard for me to bend down and tie laced shoes, so I've been buying valcro laced shoes and slip ons, but neither is healthy or the best fit. So, this brand allows me to wear laced shoes, keeps the laces tight without having to retie them every time I wear them. I do have to use a shoe horn, but I've been using a shoe horn for other shoes, so this is no change for me.Now, I can shop for a good pair of laced shoes instead of cheap slipons on valcro type shoes.I highly recommend this brand and will order another pair to keep in reserve.

Yup, they are that good...
I was very skeptical about this lace system. But, the reviews were very strong so I took a chance. BOOM...! 3 pairs in now and haven’t looked back! Running shoes, trail shoes, and hiking boots. The laces are far more sturdy than they appear and the stretch rebound is very strong. The top “push button” than can be used to release the lace tension holds very well also. The bottom clip snaps on easily. Total time to install? As fast as you need to lace a shoe and 1 additional minute to attach the release button and attack press on bottom clip.On a side note, the majority color will have an accent color “fleck” in the lace. Both my Blue and black laces has a grey fleck accent color. 5 Stars.

Same quality, lower price than the competition
So far so good. I’ve had them on a pair of Nikes for over a week and they’re holding strong. I have a pair of the better known, much more expensive no ties on a different pair of shoes & these do just as well or better. They’re very easy to install - just make sure to leave them a little long and cut short sections off at a time until you find your desired length. It took maybe 10 min.Overall, if you want to go with tie less laces it’s hard to beat these for the price.

Children like it very much
I bought one for my eight-year-old daughter, not fully knowing what to expect but am ecstatic with them.First of all they worked properly with keeping my daughter's shoes on (they don't slip because they are too loose). You can clip them to the length you need so they are the correct size for the shoe and they come with a nice little plastic clip that secures over the tips to keep the elastic from frazzeling/fraying.I will defiantly order more of these in the future.

Loving it!
We are loving our new elastic shoelaces! I've never used them before, and it makes putting my shoes on and off much faster. They are easy to install. I would recommend that when using them for the first time, do not cut the excess length off until after a couple of days wearing. I found that I had pulled them too tight at first, and barely had enough extra length to loosen them and still be able to clamp on the disc and the ends. After you wear them a few days and adjust for your comfort, leave a couple of inches past the disc and cut, then clamp on the little end protectors. You can tuck these under one of the laces at the bottom, and they won't bounce around and hit your ankle. These would also be good for children's shoes if they are always coming untied, or if they have trouble learning to tie. Better than velcro!

Puzzle laces
I'm guilty of not looking at ALL the photos. The photo I missed shows the package and how it comes apart. I had thought it came as it is in the 1st photo and there was a way to stick it to the shoe for easy install. So you do have to put it together. It was easy to follow the instructions but it was difficult to stick the strings through the parts that came with it. Just remember not to put the tip snapper thing on until you measure it once it's installed on the shoe. Looks good, like it. Requires a little strength to pull it, I got it for my elderly mom and she still struggles a little. So I wouldn't suggest it for anybody with hands arthritis or dexterity problems.

Works as advertised - however difficult to assemble
The "no-tie" shoelaces work as they're supposed to - however they were difficult to assemble. The ends of the laces were quite difficult to push thru the "spring loaded" device and snapping them into the cord end was not easy either. These were purchased for a 89 year old female and installed by a 66 YOA male. They were not easy/quite frustrating to say the least. I would buy the again but all should know that putting the strings in shoes and assembling is not something an older person or child could do - was a pain in the butt to put together but they should last for a long time. Stretch? Not sure what the criteria is but they don't.

Definitely recommend. They look like they came with the shoes!
Bought these laces for my son, who has trouble tying shoes, due to some fine motor issues. He typically wears Keen sandals that come equipped with similar, elastic laces. When I purchased some mew sneakers for him, I thought I’d try to mimic the Keen set-up, and these definitely did the trick. The hardware that comes with the laces is sturdy and well-made; and the elastic itself is thick, and bungy-like as well. They even come with a little end clip that allows you to trim the excess, then clamp the clip down on the ends to give them a professional, finished look — as if they came that way. Definitely recommend!
