I bought this Veradek Span planter for our front entry, and it’s one of the best outdoor planters I’ve purchased. The design is clean and modern—exactly the look I wanted. It reads like metal from a distance, but it’s lightweight and easy to move, which is a huge plus when adjusting layouts. The material feels sturdy and has held up beautifully through several heavy rains and temperature swings. No fading, no warping, no scratches. The removable insert is surprisingly useful: it makes planting and re-planting simple without having to fill the entire tall base with soil. It looks high-end, works well indoors or outdoors, and the proportions are perfect for statement plants like snake plants, tall grasses, or small evergreens. Excellent quality for the price, and I’ll definitely buy more for the patio.

I have bought several Veradek planters over the course of the last five years they never disappoint. I bought a variety of different types and sizes and the quality is exceptional. I prefer a minimalistic look and they are perfect for that type of decorating. Also, the quality is phenomenal. In addition, I did not know that they are sustainable made from reused plastic. That was a nice thing to find out because that’s very important to me.

The planters are beautiful for creating a little penthouse look on my balcony. I bought the large 30" high by 38" wide and only 8" width; narrow and sleek. Felt a little flimsy at first, but not after I weighted them. I face ACNJ and am in a condo. I wanted to elevate the space and create some privacy from the street also; I'm on the third and fourth floors. They looking stunning from the inside as well. They were light enough to maneuver into place by myself. I weighted the bottom section with bags of peagravel. I left the gravel in the bags. The top inserts were weighted with 6x6x1 pavers placed on their sides and then I added 4 faux cedar trees 3.5 feet high per planter; they pushed into place perfectly. If god forbid a hurricane with super high winds, I can disassemble and bring inside without worrying about dragging in loose stones or soil into my unit. So far they have been through 30 mph winds and heavy rain and were fine. I did not use the plugs and had no problem with drainage or excessive water on the balcony at all. The only con is they are expensive, but well worth the look. I love them! Thanks, Veradek! ❤️🥳 #myveradek

I bought two of these to create a bit of privacy on my porch. I left out the drain plugs, anchored them to the porch deck and filled them with white rocks and artificial grasses. They are good quality and very sturdy. The look is really clean and modern but works well with any home/landscaping style.

I have 3 of these that I put out on my balcony for privacy. They are narrow and tall, and fit a lot of plants. They seem to keep the plants well-hydrated. You can put drain plugs in the liner, or in the bottom of the base. I put plastic jugs full of water in the bottom base to weigh them down. Even in the strongest wind on the 5th floor, the planters never toppled over. I love the modern look, and while they are a little flimsy when the liner box isn't installed, they are quite sturdy with it in. I would purchase again! Three things I would improve: 1. It's really hard to remove the liner from the base when full of soil. A small tab or finger hole to tip up an edge from the flush-mounted box would help. 2. I brought the liner boxes in for the winter (my geraniums are happy all winter indoors!). To protect my floors from drainage, I had to order some trays that are longer and wider than necessary from a different source. I wish the company made trays for the liner boxes for this purpose. 3. The provided drain plugs are NOT foolproof. If installed from the bottom, they can be pushed out, and if installed from the top, difficult to remove if there is soil and/or the liners in.

The wind doesn’t blow it over. Very sturdy I have 3 other ones in different sizes. Love them all. Good value for the money

Ordered this thinking it would be sturdy and able to withstand multiple seasons outside however once received realized product is very low quality it was already starting to come apart in one of the corners and the material was very light and cheap. Spent around 5 hours total calling and talking to various amazon reps, some saying since this is a third party seller you have to go to the site of the seller to review their return policy, which by the way almost impossible to do and assuming you are able to somehow navigate to the return policy it is still very ambiguous as to whether the buyer or seller needs to pay; to one saying that ANYTHING sold on amazon has to have an option to return it for free. That amazon rep even sent me an email confirming that i can pay for the return and that amazon will reimburse me for the shipping. So i took the three boxes to UPS who quoted me around 120 dollars PER item to ship, so BEFORE i spent more money on this product i decided to call amazon once more just to confirm that i will be on fact reimbursed as they other rep told me and emailed me to confirm. This rep stated that i would need to submit the receipt for reimbursement and then another department would need to approve the reimbursement of the shipping after a refund for the product has been issued. So instead or shelling out over 300 more dollars for a product i deem as inferior i decided to take the boxes back home, call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Terrible customer service from aamzon and very shady business practices from the seller, i suggest to stay away from this seller and product.

This is perfect for our deck, giving us some privacy with some sleek style. I've planted a mungo pine it for year round color. I want to buy more!

Great Planters at a good price. Have a solid build quality and a good design. Have purchased several of the Block planters in different shapes and sizes and they look great. Also have their other products and can attest to the quality and appearance. They are solidly constructed yet relatively light. Also they have stood up to the elements. Delivery was fast too for such a bulky item.

Looks great and was already assembled. We put some bricks in the bottom to give it some heft. With soil and plants, it can get a little top heavy. Nice quality and isn't showing any signs of fading even after a year in the elements. Gets full sun for most of the day.

Nice planter fits the space well and looks great!

A very nice looking planter. I purchased the 30 inch tall by 34 inch wide one in black. The black is a soft black and not a pure dark black. I like the removable planter box that sits inside but buyer beware, the planter is very tippy as it's quite top heavy once you fill it with dirt and plants. Something the manufacturers did not consider when designing this. You will have to put very heavy large rocks on the bottom of the box, which seems to help somewhat but it is still tippy.
