Muscle milk
I got this to see how it compares to boost and other protein drinks that come in 8 oz drinks containers. This is easy to make and it tastes good and to me it works great and I believe that it worth the money because you get more 8oz drinks in the 5 pound container and mixing it yourself. I got vanilla the first time and I think I going to get chocolate next time to see how that flavor is.

Delicious! Gave me a few extra pounds that I needed. Would have enjoyed more use in the bottle. Those 4 scoops daily go fast. Mixes well in smoothies. No stomach issues. Smells good. Huge calorie intake.

You will burp a lot and stink
I don't know if I should love it or hate it it does what it's meant to do but the belches are awful. Kind of charcoal, yikes!
