Precision tool - great value
I am extremely pleased with my Products Engineering (PEC) 100mm double square. It is accurate and precise and easy to adjust and lock the blade in place. I purchased it for lutherie (flamenco and classical guitar construction) and it is an outstanding quality and value. I love that it is made in the USA and is like the other precision PEC flexible rule that I have. A great value for a fine tool.

It's of modest quality but OK.
It slides rougher and is generally made to a lower quality standard than the Starrett version.
