HP bang for buck is great but it was missing a screw and you hate to leave your car tore down and drive around looking for one!!!!

Make sure you check that all parts are there before you start your install. The parts bag was open with the box on mine and after getting the stock unit out and this one ready to go in I found that the vacuum fitting was missing. I called their support line during business hours and no one answered, it then repeats their business hours and hangs up on you. Now I need to reinstall the stock unit and hope I can reach someone later this week to then wait for this part.
