Comfortable, I feel like it should've came with the chair, but as is it's a good headrest. Just wished it had height support

My brother bought me the chair which is beyond anything o could imagine. Both the chair and the headrest came with amazing packaging that I wish all companies did. Their products are sturdy and well made!!!

Easy to assemble and exactly what this chair needed for reclining in

This is very easy to install but its too high. It doesn't adjust low enough and it hits me on the upper/back of the head instead of the neck lower head area. I wouldn't not have purchased if I knew it would be like that. I'm 5'5".

Don't make the mistake I did, buying the chair WITHOUT the headrest. I am 6'4" and ordering the headrest made a WORLD of difference for my neck and back. It is adjustable and extremely comfortable for the long hours at the desk.

Absolutely hate this headrest. Not even the slightest bit comfortable. It sticks out 4 inches from the backrest so it just pushes your head forward. I didn't find this to be ergonomic at all. I need a headrest that is on the same plane as the backrest so when I recline, I have support for my head to rest on for those short breaks or power naps when I get really sleepy. Feels like my head was robbed of all its freedom of movement the moment I put this on. I read other glowing reviews of people that love this so I gave it a try. Perhaps this isn't made for people on the shorter side like myself. If you're like me and you don't like the feeling of someone constantly pushing your head forward then this headrest probably isn't for you either. I wish they could make a headrest that meets my needs. Clatina, please take your innovation to the next level and make a head rest that also adjustable forward and back.

Not tall enough for me at 6’2”. Wish it could be raised more and would flex into position more suitable to my height. Quality product though.
