I learn something new everyday thanks to this book. These Smart Boards are very smart! I love all of the Dummies books.

Packed with information and tricks/secrets. Great for teachers! Easy to follow and understand. Quick reference guide when you're in a rush. All teachers should have this book!

I have not had time to really delve into this book because of my schedule. However, all the "Dummies" books I have ordered in the past have helped me navigate through software or hardware issues.

I haven't been able to find many books that discuss the basics about the SMART Board. In fact, this is just about the only book that is available. The value of this book is that it shows the capabilities of the SMART software and the SMART Board. Just detailing the various capabilities and functions of the software filled this book. I had no idea you could do so many things with these products. If you expect a lot of help developing specific kinds of activities, you might be disappointed. There are just too many possible kinds of things you can do with the software. A book that takes you step-by-step through each possible activity would be huge. But this book very thoroughly outlines the many many possible ways you can use the SMART Board, and shows you where you can learn to develop the activities.

Exactly what I needed. I am already using it in my classroom. I want to make better presentations for my students.

Great resource for using the SMART Board in the classroom. The hints for using the SMART Board in the classroom are easy to use.

If you never used a smartBoard this is great book to start with. It goes over the basics help you figure out which model you have and I use it as reference book too. After reading I been playing with my board and still at times I refer back to this book

As a teacher there are still a lot of questions that I didn't get answers for. I would rather have a book geared to teaching.
