I would ask for the handle to be skinnier, but it adds to the sturdiness
Although the handle is a bit bigger than I expected, it's easy to set up the bluetooth, if you follow the simple instructions. It's very well made, and extends far longer than most other selfie sticks, so I'll be able to take pics with the whole family when we go on vacation. It's easy to use. I love that the remote is held on magnetically, so you can easily stand it as a tripod and take the remote to snap the picture. The part that holds the camera is very sturdy but still easy to angle however you need.

Selfie stick
We use this selfie stick all the time. It helps with distance and getting a fuller picture of us when there is no one else around to take a picture of us for us. It has a great design. It is easy to use and put your phone inside the mount. I love this selfie stick. It has helped me a lot. It's pretty long but it is not heavy.

Nice basic selfie stick. Only basic things were not idea. Not a bad review.
I like the stick. It does the job well . I am a NEWBIE for sticks.I KNEW Near nothing about sticks and JUST chose this one after scan review and 1 article about sticks but most were priced well over $50The CONS are not show stoppers at all .. Just not ideal. Entry price vs 2-3x knowing important features-- PROTECT THE Bluetooth REMOTE.. It's small and can be lost easy. This is the type of device better compared HANDS ON.PRO- Light weight, easy to extend and confident the length wont slip- weight of phone will create far more balance issues than stick - Thinnest part of Expansion keeps weight near the handle- Longer than needed except for large GROUP selfie- Bluetooth remote is recognized as INPUT device and Pairs easy- Remote reliable SNAPS pics similar to touch screen . No noticeable delay- remote has holder.. On Stick secure or in your hand.- Remote worked at acceptable distance Line of Sight .. 30 ft I'm sure- Remote is Standard Micro USB charge like phones before 2020 with on/off switch to protect battery life. - I confident 4 hrs on is possible if you don't hit buttons .- Holder for Phone is nice and Snug.. It shouldn't come lose except DROP forces. Phone is safe.- Durability is just fine for a light weight device.. CLOSED UP I don't see it breaking if thrown in luggageCON - nit picking issues compared to IDEAL for me- Phone Attachment pivot is rudimentary - NOT PRECISION at all. I questionable durability - don't screw it down TOO tight or I expect it will DENT and be hard to adjust. Conclusion Adjust only as needed and you will be OK.. 100+ and NO DOUBT tolerances will get worse / difficult - ESPECIALLY if you CRANK the nut down.- The tripod legs really are not capable of holding device up on uneven surfaces -- Physics - SHORT stick means less lever of WEIGHT of PHONE .. When Short - It's fine on decent FLAT cement, table etc.- tripod legs are VERY NOT HANDLE LIKE, comfortable or useful for child hands- IF I was VLOG for HOURS per week . I WOULD NOT WANT tripod legs, so much length - probably would know distance and maybe be happier with FIXED STICK and GREAT Handle- Phone attachment is quite large and can interfere with On/Off + Vol button especially on 4" and less size phones. You can grab one end and THAT Adjustment is FINE to crank down to secure the phone.- stick does not support the std CAMERA 1/4 inch screw - NICE to have - that said you would not want camera to weigh much.I'm sure for 2-3x cost there are much nicer. BANG for the buck it's meeting my needs easyMy $20 cheap REAL tripod is excellent until you understand WHY HEAVY and Rock solid is better for PRO.

Does it All
I don't see how you could get a better tripod/selfie stick than this one. The tripod is very solid and has silicon feet. Also a quarter-inch camera mount. If you needed to put heavy equipment on it, like a DSLR for low light or timer shots in the field, this would work fine.A phone bracket attaches to the quarter-inch mount and is on a gimbal so you can shoot horizontal or vertical (or anything in between). It's pretty solid as a tripod when you extend the stem upward. Obviously, it becomes less stable the higher you go, but I use it at about 4 feet all the time. The stem extends five feet for selfie mode. It's pretty stiff at that length, and the phone clamp is a screw-down for safety, but I wouldn't hold it over the side of the boat. The remote control makes it easy for selfies and especially self-videos.CONS: 1. My extensions were pretty stiff and I had to spray the stem with WD-40, but after that it worked fine. The bushings need to be solid so you don't want it too loose.2. The bluetooth remote switch is well-hidden, not mentioned in the online blurb for the unit, and a little fussy to use. It's a tiny slider on one side that must be "up" (toward the keychain loop) to enable bluetooth. Then it pairs (after a couple of tries) with my Samsung android phone. It can only do on/off, but that's all I need to make selfie music videos. You can slide the bluetooth switch down when done to save battery.Overall, an incredible flock of features for this price.

Broke first use - tripod slides down. Got stuck. Not quite intuitive.
Boke it immediately upon closing the tripod. First time. Hesitated, read instructions - only for remote.Bent tripod support rods upwards instead of down. *** Snapped leg support on rails. Telescopic mechanism sticks - bad. ***Closure of handle now fails. Leg now opens and pinches your skin. This also results in tripod instability. And conscious effort to close properly.Apply a lubricant of some sort before use. The telescopic piping was REALLY sticky. Wouldn't slide; lead to user error.Materials feel decent. But out of the box it's easy to break. Feels cheap. Feels like... Friction required to operate was greater than material should support. Maybe it'll all close better with age and use, if it makes it there.Moving parts feel very stuck/sticky. Broke it first time trying to close it(3mins lol). Not inoperable - but can't return cuz I broke it.... Bummer. Product has potential. But this friction failure was just silly. Feels negligent, like cutting corners.Don't know how compares to other products. I recommend taking the gamble. This one felt cheap because wouldn't open/close without feeling like I'm about to break something. Which I did.
