I think these labels are great buy something new that has a cable and immediately label it so you know what it's for. Only downside is I use Bic pens to write on the labels but can smudge before it dries and you are still writing.

Very useful, now I know what cable is for what. There are so many in the pack I could label my whole house as well as my neighbour’s.
