Sturdy, lightweight, and plastic-free!
We are removing plastics from our kitchen and this cutting board hits the mark. We have the two largest sizes and have been using them daily for over a year. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and lightweight. I only wish they had larger sizes to make breaking down chickens, etc, a bit easier. Note that there's no edge on these so fluids will run off. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. Also, you'll need a wet paper towel or similar to prevent slipping when chopping, but this is typical for cutting boards. Highly recommend.

Santa made my wife a very happy woman!
My wife likes to cook, so she asked for this fancy cutting board for Christmas. She was a good girl last year, so Santa obliged. She absolutely loves this cutting board. In an in-depth interview with her about it, she gave the following reasons why: 1) No micro-plastics. This cutting board is made of paper... which is weird, but strangely cool. 2) It's dishwasher safe. 3) It doesn't stain. (see picture with plastic cutting board) 4) Decisive cutting. It has a very hard surface; harder than plastic. 5) The hole makes it easy to grab and pull out of the cabinet. 6) Very sturdy and durable, yet lighter than plastic. She said she likes it so much, she wants to also get other sizes. The cutting board is really thin, about half as thin as her old plastic one (see picture), which means she can store two of these in place of one plastic board. As a dude, my take on this cutting board is it's very rigid and tough... so tough I'd compare it to the toughness of my Toyota truck; which on the toughness scale ranks up there with the cockroach. I'd even bet a Slurpee this cutting board could double as a medieval battle shield in a pinch; though I'd never want to test that theory. It's a little pricey, but that's what toughness demands. After just over a month of regular family use, my wife is extremely pleased with her new cutting board... and that means Santa earned himself some badly needed honey points. Yes! A win for Mr. Claus!

IN MY OPINION, THIS IS THE BEST CUTTING BOARD...
After watching so many videos about micro-plastics in our bodies, I decided to get rid of my old plastic cutting board that was starting to show a lot of deep cut marks in it. Did a bunch of research about all the different materials involved in cutting boards, and this is what I decided: Glass is too rough on the knife blade, dulled it quickly. Wood, especially the great looking boards, scars quickly and gets ugly fast, and you have to keep it treated. Stainless steel has the same problems as glass. So I decided to go with a composite board...GREAT CHOICE! Cuts great, doesn't scar, and super easy to keep clean. You won't be disappointed.

Better than plastic boards
Better than a plastic board. Only downfall is I wish it had rubber grip feet. It sometimes slides around on the counter.

Simply The Finest Cutting Boards
I own six of these in various sizes and have used them for years. They are made of a composite material which is extremely versatile. The surface, although somewhat resembling wood, doesn't cut like a wood board, eliminating splinters while withstanding constant use by very sharp knives. The hardness of the board does not harm the sharpness of my Shun knives. The boards are thin and light, which makes them easy to handle and store. The surface will not absorb liquids as witnessed by how fast they air dry after washing. Clean up is a snap - rinse, quick wipe with some Dawn on a sponge, rinse, air dry. I have never put them in a dishwasher (why would you?), so I can't speak to that. I do use a fancy, thick maple cutting board for aesthetic effect when carving at table, but rarely because of the cleaning and seasoning I have to do afterwards. As the title says, the Epicurean cutting boards are the finest available. I'd be hard pressed to say what else I could possibly want in a cutting board.

Best Cutting Boards
These are the best cutting boards. I purchased it to replace a Faberware board that I had really liked, but it eventually got sliced up and small plastic particles were a concern, not to mention contamination. I already have an Epicurean cutting board in the lighter color, have had for years and it is still in great shape, so I went with this brand and style again. Nice to look at too.

Our "go-to" for meat
We use these for meat over thinner plastic boards that shred easily. These have been really durable so far. They are easy to clean, sturdy, and stable. We have them in two colors in the kitchen. I really prefer cutting on wood, but not for meat. These are a welcome addition to the kitchen.

overall, I think it works great. I wanted to move all plastic cutting boards from my home so I replaced it mostly with wood, but I wanted something dishwasher safe for meats. I’ve heard of some good reviews online about this board. When I read the reviews on Amazon. Some people complained about an odd smell, but I’ve used it for several months now and it smells fine. We use it in the washing machine all the time and there are no major wear and tear. You will see scratches from your knife and it may get some discoloration, but overall works great.

This is my 2nd board. The 1st one i received as a gift and I love the solid board. Not only soild and is durable. Currently using the old one for 2 years now. There is no smell after wash & dry

Comodi, leggeri, facilmente lavabili anche in lavastoviglie (anche se sconsiglio di farlo: l'acqua troppo calda mi pare li rovini e non occorre, visto che non assorbono nessun odore neanche se li si usa per affettare cipolle). Indeformabili e anche belli da vedere. All'occorrenza possono essere usati come sottopentola. Consigliatissimi.

Cumple perfectamente las expectativas. Es de color Negro mate en la primera semana de uso no se aprecia desgaste por los cortes.

E' un tagliere leggero, ma resistentissimo. Per distrazione è stato appoggiato sul fornello acceso ma non ha preso fuoco, si è rovinata un po' la parte a contatto con la fiamma, ma l'altra è rimasta integra. E' da almeno 15 anni che lo utilizzo e non ha subito nessun decadimento. Adesso ne ho comprato uno nuovo per sostituirlo con quello bruciato. Apparentemente ha un costo un po' alto, ma data la praticità (non assorbe olio e si pulisce facilmente) vale il suo prezzo. Lo consiglio, è un prodotto buonissimo.
