This is a nice little pet fountain, especially at the price point it's offered at. Assembly was straight forward, but instructions were included if needed. To me, the best part is that the company offers a 1 year replacement guarantee. If you've ever owned anything with a small water pump, you know how they can burn out fast. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase out of the box, and the warranty over time.

Pros:- large capacity- quiet- easy to setup- easy to clean- powered by usb-aCons:- cheaply built- usb cord is short and doesn't unplug from the fountain- where and what filters do I need?- pets may be scared to drink from if new to a filtered water bowlI have 2 cats and water lasts about 1-1.5 weeks. It took them a day or 2 to warm up to drinking from the fountain. I suggest not plugging it in then run it without the fountain attachment. My cats didn't like the fountain sprout.I wish it was battery powered or had a longer usb cord because there's no outlet near where I had the water before. The whole construction is plastic, feels cheap. IDK where new filters can be obtained from

This is the first kitty fountain I've bought and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It was a little bigger than I expected - in a good way. My cat was resistant, of course. It's not metal like the faucets and doesn't drip. I've caught him drinking from it a couple of times. I don't have to worry quite so much about dehydration. Finally the little sound the fountain makes is not unpleasant.

June update. Purchased a second unit and exact same problem. The literal day after the return window closed, the spout barely works. Do not waste your money.Purchased December 22, started using december 25. It was great at first. Today is March 3rd and there's barely any water coming from the fountain. The motor is not at its full power and it is outside of the return window. Originally purchased for 7.99 so we got our money's worth on it, but now it is listed at 18.99 and definitely not worth that amount.

When I first opened the box, I thought it was kind of small but it holds much more water than I originally thought. I bought 3 of these and placed them around the house to encourage our 2 cats to drink more water. The fountains have filters to keep the water clean, they operate very quietly and when the water level gets too low, they shut down. Overall I am well pleased with my purchase.

I paid very little for this but it broke dast and spit water everywhere... it also only had one setting. It was supposed to have two..but o well

At the start this fountain worked just fine and my cat loved it. The suction of the motor would get clogged with cat hair, but it was easy to clean and fix. However, after five months the fountain started spitting water all over. I had to line the surrounding area with towels/mats and the fountain was empty after less than 24 hours instead of several days. I think I will need to get a different fountain as a result if I cannot get this one replaced. I gave two stars instead of one because the fountain was great for several months until it stopped working well.

Cats like moving water and these little fountains work great. I have other brands of pet water fountains (more expensive) and these work just as well. Great Value! Would recommend and will buy again.
