I bought this to lay a semi-permanent water connection down the garden. We have a 50m long garden and watering it is a pain - this way I effectively have an outside tap at both ends. On the good side, it worked. I now have a 'tap' at the other end of the garden. The pipe was fairly easy to push through the undergrowth and feed down a long bed, behind the plants (it does kink, but not as much as the cheap plastic hoses), and it's matt black, so it's fairly invisible, and not too obvious where you can see it. But... well I expected a bit more than this for the money really. I could just as well have bought a couple of much cheaper 'normal' hosepipes and connected them together. There doesn't seem to be anything special about this pipe to justify its cost - it appears to be made out of rubber (or something that looks and feels very like rubber) and doesn't appear to be reinforced in any way. Just a thick, black rubber hosepipe really. Although it is quite thick, which presumably makes it less likely to leak in a frost or whatever. But I'm not sure it would stand up to being accidentally struck by a spade or fork. One last point if you do buy this hose, don't drink from it! I know this sounds daft, but I've often refilled my drink bottle from the hose when working at the far end of the garden, rather than walk 50m back to the house (uphill!). But when I tried it with this hose I got a mouthful of very rubbery tasting water - ugh!

Got this hose knowing it wasn't going to be the best out there, but it was cheap, and I needed to test a 50m run for pressure. Therefore I didn't want to buy a premium hose in case I didn't have sufficient pressure at the far end. The hose isn't the sturdiest, thickest etc. It's a basic hose. I installed it along a fence for 50m using rubber lined steel clips to get water to our orchard. For this purpose, it is very good. There is another 30m of hose at the end that's loose, and this is where you have to be careful. It kinks very easily, and stretches when pulled. I doubt it's going to last 'normal' hosepipe use with a lot of movement and pulling, but for a static run, it's good. I'll leave it a year or two to see how it stands up to UV.

Purchased this hose to replace my old worn hose, very happy with the Quality of it not like cheap ones on market would def recommend it👍

It's ok but I certainly wouldn't say it's kink-resistant. Price is good but you get what you pay for I suppose... I've had this product a year now so it's well tested, I think it's time I spent a bit more money on a better quality hose.

Bought this to replace a bog-standard hose which I use for water changes on my large aquariums. The original hose was prone to twisting and kinking/compressing so often needed a lot of faff to get a decent flow. Looked for an anti-kink hose on here but didn't want to spend a fortune. I must admit its done what I hoped. I tried it yesterday and it doesn't kink or compress and is nice and strong. I'm happy with it.

Initial purchase Burst in a matter of minutes in loads of places , outer skin and and inner not glued correctly water gets between it swells like a Python having eaten a deer and BANG .. funny. Contacted the company direct , who were mortified , apologised profusely and promptly ( having viewed a photo ) sent a replacement which arrived the next day ...product reliability will be gleaned over the coming months , but customer service cannot be faulted .

This product is not the size advertised. It says 12-15mm and we bought the hose fittings of this size that were advertised as being frequently purchased together. The internal diametre is tiny approx 9 mm! We couldn’t find any hose fittings of that size nothing would fit, so it was useless to us. As it is a third party who was selling it, it took ages to sort a refund which they agreed to, but wouldn’t pay the postage on the grounds it wasn’t damaged! Eventually they gave us a refund and told us to keep the 50ft of useless hose.
