I bought a cheaper headset from Staples, which kept sliding off my head and the sound quality wasn't half as good. This is definately worth the money. I prefer the one side ear piece. The other one I bought had two and the wires kept getting tangled. You can use this ear piece on either ear and the mouth piece is adjustable. It also has a clip to attach to your shirt. I highly recommend it. I am a call center employee who can work from home. I take over 40 calls a day. I also enjoy the mute button in case I have a unexpected sneeze.

"When" this headset works- it has good sound. However, the jack is really sensitive- so if it's not in exactly the right position, you either will not be able to hear at all, or barely hear. I've never had that problem with a headset, and I'm using it on a landline. I guess it's fine if you sit like a lump, but if you move at all, it likely will be loose and you'll lose connection.

The headset box was unsealed when it arrived and the cord had been unfurled. It obviously was not the NEW product I had ordered. However, I tested it with a call to amazon and it worked great. Amazon gave me a credit because it was a used product and I decided to keep the headset. I recommend it.

Volume control didn't work. This headset did not work with our Panasonic cordless phones at all. No sound even though the plug did fit. Also, when I use this with my mobile phone, the sound I hear is a lot of static with the voice on the other end. I'm returning this so I can get something else. It was very comfortable and that's the only good thing I can say about it.

The cord is very stiff, ( would not coil easily) which when connected to my cordless handset phone made it difficult to keep steady on my desk, or get the cord out of the way. After only a few weeks the JACK bent in my phone, and now has a short, so I have to buy something else, Today is APIRL 22, and my last return date by April 13. My old headset was about $12 and lasted me about 5 year. Finally- I record webcasts and the sound on the recording was not as clear as my older cheaper head set.

Easy to use and has very clear sound transmission. Mute switch on cord is very useful as well. One side is preferred over both side being headphones.

An excellent headset for the price. Very convenient in-line on/off mute switch (not press-and-hold) and volume control. Cable looks sturdy and should last. (Previous model I had, audio started coming in and out due to cable issues.) Very pleased with my purchase.
