Very good system for both commercial and residential use picture quality is very good, recording time is about a week, but i want to upgrade the hard drive, haven't done remote viewing yet

I Normally do not write Reviews, But for this product after spending that much money and disappointed.I m using wisenet since around 10 years, Installed alot of them at my different businesses and houses, Big fan for wisenet the quality they provide for the price,But I always bought my systems from Sam,s Club. First time seen a good deal at amazon and bought this system. Its seems like a scam to me because when i installed the system the result of the DVR is Horrible, Like you are using a 15 years old technology. Either this seller knows something which i do not know or he repaired the old systems and sells it, whatever it is . the Video results DVR puts out to T.V for this system is Horrible. Not Clear, low pixel ratio, you will not even recognize yourself if you are playing recording.Again there is something wrong with the seller ,s product. because i know how wisenet quality is , so better buy it from direct Sam,s club or package store.

Cameras have great picture and clear images. Great product!

I ordered this Wisenet camera system for added protection at home. Although I have not yet installed the system, the reason I purchased the system is because of the reasonable cost for a 16 camera system. Also this same system is at Sam’s Club with less cameras that would cost more if I bought the additional cameras to get up to 16 and I was able to see firsthand the crisp quality of the picture. The set itself is durable and well packaged. I received my order quickly and I look forward to installing it. I expected this to be a great investment.

Great cameras, easy set up, what else can I say. This is a wonderful unit. Instructions are easy to understand.

This Camara system is horrible. I upgraded to this from the Samsung I had for 8 years.I bought 2 of these and am very disappointed. The cameras are great but the dvrs are horrible. You cant get live view when you open the app until you open individual cameras very disappointed.The customer service is so bad I won't even call anymore. Like i said b4 the cameras are great but that's it. I do not recommend this product. There are other products out there that are much better. "DONT BUY"

I ordered the 16 camera system on June 28. I only received 10, so I placed a dispute. It has been 1 month and yet no resolution. I was contacted by a representative that advised me to send them back for further investigation. I was also advised that the pick up company would notify me of the pick up day and time. This was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from Livebear or the pick up company. The surveillance system is for my restaurant that I’ve had to hold off on placing valuable items inside because my camera system isn’t installed. I have now opened a complaint with Amazon

I have 7 units. I was trying to connect this new unit to my viewview Iphone. Turns out they took that off and you have to now use the Cloud Life that has no options to change settings from remote so makes it usless. Why would someone take all those features of the older cameras away.
