6'2 190lbs Medium fits well
Medium fits tight with a T-Shirt or Long sleeve shirt. Arms are a decent length. This is my perfect packable base layer. I would recommend this as inside layer. Pared with a rainjacket I think you could use it down to 30 or so. I ordered a small stuff sack to keep in my backpack along with my rainjacket. I might order another one as a spare for when I wear this one out. Its hard to find stuff that fits this tight and is this packable! I love the hood for running and for under my bike helmet when it gets randomly cold in the midwest.
