Specifically what I was looking for, got exactly what I wanted.
I was looking for a TENS unit in this form factor, something I can easily pop on and off when my back acts up. I had one before from IcyHot and it was terrific, this was to be its replacement. Ive been using this HOURLY for almost 2 weeks now and its been an absolute game changer. In my usage, TENS units like this do not entirely solve my back pain but it reduces it to an extent that I can function and relax without my symptoms acting up. A unit like this paired with a back brace, stretching, and one of those fancy massage guns and my back is just about back to normal!Personal details aside, great unit, its rechargeable, a feature my last one did not have (ran on batteries), it lasts reasonably long for its size, decently powerful, and they sell replacement sticky patches when yours wears off. I had to order a new set of patches, after the one it came with lost its adhesiveness (week and a half of constant use), and at 4 for $16, a decent enough deal. The IcyHot one I had was rinse to reuse but I'm not too upset about the pricing. I like the adjustable timer as the default 10(?) minutes is too short, but its very easy to adjust.Overall, if your looking for a small, easy to use, rechargeable wireless TENS unit for localized pain, this a great choice. If my unit ever goes bad, Ill be back!

So much relief
I love this little thing. I bought a second one for my mom to try it out and we're both LOVING them. They're especially good for stomach cramps. It lasts a surprisingly long time in between charges (for now). The instructions take a bit to get used to but once you get them down, it's easy. I like leaving it on the first setting (all massages mixed together) and upping the intensity level to whatever is needed at the time, that way it isn't just one type of massage that gets annoying and almost painful after too long. I don't take the greatest care of my pads (fall asleep with it on, moving it around a lot, etc.) and the adhesive is losing it's stickiness pretty quickly but with as much use as it gets and my lack of care, it's to be expected. The replacement pads are pretty decently priced (about $15 for 4 pieces) so no complaints here. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly good
I have used my TENS unit with the lead wires for years and it worked well- the wires were a bit of a nuisance. This one is totally wire free, it sticks right to your skin. Not a lot of options just the basic on off, and increase/decrease strength. But good enough to stimulate nerve endings. Easy to charge and stick right back on. Just wish it had a little more run time, it only goes for 15 minutes at a time.Update after a good several weeks: i’ve been using this to get me through yardwork and pressure, washing a lot of outdoor furniture and miscellaneous items. As soon as I start to feel tired and fatigued, I put it on my upper back or lower back, and all I have to do is push the button again. It really gives you that burst of energy to keep going and finish your job! This thing is amazing! I highly recommend it for, how easy it is to use and how well it works! Amazing little gadget, buy it!

Amazing product and price - IT WORKS!!!
This is the best thing that I have bought for my physical health/recuperation in years! I have used a TENS, but the cords make it hard. I had a pinched nerve 5 days ago and have been using this religiously for 4 days. I am almost fixed. I swear by this product and buying extra pads.

Pain relief!!!
I had extreme lower back pain. I fell down some stairs, and three of my lower vertebrates are fused together, so I tend to get a lot of pain. I used it for about an hour and by the next day, I am ready to go. It’s easy to use. I had one similar from a different brand. It was almost triple as much as this one cost me, and this one gives me the same or even a better effect.

Only runs for an hour before shutting down and needing to be completely reset. Charge doesn’t last.
This does work, not as well as my traditional tens unit. It’s easy to wear and walk around with and no wires to get tangled up. It’s not as strong as my regular tens unit. The maximum setting is only for one hour and then I have to reset the mode the timer and restart the unit. It’s a pain. I usually need to wear my tens unit for 4 to 5 hours to have any type of lasting benefit. It’s easy to wear but hard to use because it constantly shuts off. Every time I have to reset it I have to take it off and that reduces the life of the $$ electrode pads. It doesn’t have a big battery and doesn’t hold a charge for very long. My prof. tens unit is bulky and the wires get tangled and pulled out of their electrodes so that one’s problematic too but it does work much more effectively, stays charged forever and has 4 electrode ports (not two). I can have a total of E pads in different areas of my body which really helps create a larger area and is much more effective in controlling the nerve pain from my spinal stenosis and sciatica. I think my traditional tens unit is much more effective but this unit is much more discrete and wearable under my clothing. My backs acting up I can slap it on and go shopping for example. It’s nice not limping through the store. If it could just run for a day and have a decent battery, it would be a much better device. Update. It helps with my neck pain. I can’t use it for larger areas like my low back or anywhere on the back of my body because the buttons stick out and if I sit down or my pants press against the device it shuts it off and it can’t be reset without taking off my clothes. It’s also not as effective at reducing or eliminating my pain as the better tens unit is. I can’t find anything that’s wireless that’s affordable with affordable replacement pads. I was going to return this but I think I’ll keep it for when I need something in a pinch that doesn’t have wires even though it’s usefulness is pretty limited.
