Do these boots run big, small or just right? If not, is it a half size or full size off? Im a 10 1/2 in sneakers

I'm a 13 1/2 and found they fit perfectly at size ordered. Very comfortable boots, they are not waterproof but, that keeps my feet comfortable as they breath well.

Are these steel toe or composite toe?

From the description: “Custom-molded thermoplastic heel counter and toe box for instant comfort and lateral support.” They certainly don’t feel heavy enough for steel toe.

Can I use these for hiking? How about riding motorcycle? I'm not in the military.

Does the sole have any steel or metal inforcement

I think no but one of the most comfortable boots I've ever worn I work on concrete and steel in a shipyard also very warm. Boot sometimes even causes my feet to sweat besides that no complaints will buy more
