French Phrasebook for Kids

Bought it for my grandson who's 10. He loves it. It's a great fun publication and gives phrases they don't learn at school. Buy it!

My 9 year old granddaughter loves this book. It contains phrases relevant to young people who want to converse with the French as they would do their English speaking peers.The phrases have pronunciation guides which are easily understood and I am sure my grandchild learnt more from this book in a few days than in a year of French classes at school.Highly recommend if you are holidaying in France. We started practising the phrases on the journey and built up confidence before arrival.

because our children can relate to the topics that are being taught - like how to ask to join in a game or use a phone - they have really looked at this book. best if they can speak a bit already but really useful if British children have got to mix with French children on holiday etc - just like Way Cool French Phrase book

Nice pocket-sized book. Easy to read for young kids 8 and up.

Well structured little book that helps not just with learning phrases but getting to pronounce the correctly first time and helpful with including the right gender as part of the initial learning process, as you might in face to face interraction

My kids have just started to learn French, great little book.

Great book. We are learning a phrase a day and it's going really well. It includes the kinds of things my daughter (aged11) wants to learn. It has a few jokes smattered through and funny quirks of expression.

Perfect carry-in-bag sized French phrasebook, aimed at kids and pre-teens. My daughter loved it before, during, and after our trip to France, and still uses it to teach herself (and her school friends) French words and phrases.

Fun and just right to give a kid before they arrive in a french speaking location. Perfect size to carry along, and written with a touch of humor. My son always recommends this book to other families.
