Bought in July 19, now heading for the bin October 19
I bought 4 of these.The Android connectors started to go first, intermittent charging and one failed altogether, not LED lights when plugged in and no charging at all. Now the iPhone connector is going on all of them.If I abused my kit I might shrug it off, but I don't. I look after things like this especially because they are always suspect. However, I've had much cheaper ones last much longer.Buy at your own risk.

Great Retraction System, let down by poor wiring to the connector
We all go through phone charge cables for fun. No matter if if it’s because they get snagged or the contacts corrode, if the cable gets damaged when coiling cables or the cables tear from the plugs it’s become a fact of life for most.I thought the idea of a retractable cable would make carrying easier, limit snagging and stretching and result in a longer usable life. To be fair to this product, if the multiplugs were connected to the wire securely to start with then these would have been great. Although my preference would have been a one way retractor, the two way retraction mechanism works fine and the mechanism isn’t too heavy for the cable. Incremental length stop points and easy to use.However, only one cable worked to start with. Unless physically holding the cable into the plug at the correct angle, there was no chance. I wasn’t too disheartened because the other worked perfectly. Perhaps a little slower to charge than an original iphone cable but most third party cables seem to suffer the same losses. Having said that, by day 3, the second unit went exactly the same way as the first...

One of the two pack was faulty so returned
Only one of the two pack worked so returned the complete package.The faulty one did not receive any power at all. The other one worked perfectly in all devices but I needed two cables. It was not worth the price for just one.I was also not confident the other would last for long if the other one has failed before it reached me.

Retracts.ok, keeps tidy but one is not charging consistently very hit and miss but a decent price

Worked brilliantly for 1 week then stopped working in USB C connection. 1 week later iPhone connection stopped working
