The instructions are unintelligible due to an awful translation. How does alarm work, I've no idea? The lid has a deep crevice that will be impossible to clean. Other than that, it's beautiful to look at and the screen looks cool.

I bought this bottle thinking that it would keep track of my water consumption but it has not. I was not able to get the app on my phone. The only good thing about this bottle is that it tells you the temp of the water and when it is time to throw it out.

easily gets dinged during usage. Had 2 so far, so that's a shame. Also the top part with the electronics died on me first time so had to order new one.It's a cool slick gadget, keeps the water inside cold perfectly for hours though!!But I expect to not use it anymore because of damaged look (and unstable standing on its own)

I like the product. It is very durable and retains the coldness of liquids.The reason for an overall rating of an ONE STAR is the lid (where the battery is located) started beeping (the alarm) for no reason. The return date to either return the product for for a refund or to replace the product expired one day then the lid started the continuous to beep. I had no choice but to allow the lid to beep until the charge expired.

Many of the reviews referred to the “infuser” that supposedly comes with this. There is no infuser. That was the reason I bought this particular bottle. The instructions are poorly translated and choppy. I wouldn’t recommend this product. I’m not sure what product people are reviewing here but it is not the product in the picture. Don’t buy it.

So far I’m giving this one star because the alarm seems to not work. The clock shows up on the screen but it didn’t beep once all day. Going to try exchanging it. Hopefully the next one works. If so, I’ll update my review.

I liked it, but I might have gotten a faulty one. It was supposed to beep when you need to drink, but it never did, that’s why I returned it. If I spend that much money on a bottle for that specific reason, then it should do it.

Couldn’t get the product to charge. Directions were impossible to follow. Purchased as a gift and by the time I got it back from my father to return, the return date had passed.Please contact me to process a refund.
