This new battery replaced the old original battery that recently died completely. After following the instructions for recharging new battery... 18 hours out the box then 14 hours after first use... I've had no problems and the PowerWheels car works great !!! My son's love it

Battery lasted for almost six months. We didn't use it that often. But wow! I have only charged it once after 6 months.

I'm posting this mainly because the information provided here and on the Fisher-Price/PowerWheels website is incomplete regarding what this battery is and in which vehicles it can be used. I have a green Dune Buggy purchased in 2017 that uses a 12V/9.5Ah battery. The label did not have the colorful PowerWheels logo on it like this 12V/12Ah battery, but I ordered this one hoping for the best, and indeed, it is the exact same size and connector, so it works in my Dune Buggy. The original battery was nearly completely dead, and would only run about 5 minutes on a charge. This new one goes about 25-30 minutes with two kids in it at full speed much of the time. It might go longer, hard to say as they start and stop a lot. Note that while the 12Ah rating is higher than the 9.5Ah rating of my original battery, this difference should not cause an incompatibility, as it just means in theory the battery has more capacity (the voltage is what matters for compatibility). I did not notice extended runtime versus the original battery that I received with the Dune Buggy with 2017, but at least it seems about on par. Also note that there are pretty specific instructions on how to keep these batteries working, and it involves charging it after every use and charging it at least once a month even when not in use. It's similar to a automobile battery in that without regular charging, it will just go dead when sitting and may lose capacity. Again, I'm posting this because neither Amazon nor Fisher-Price do a good job of providing specifications or compatibility lists. I'm particularly shocked at Fisher-Price, which sends you to a support page that actually suggests you contact a local Fisher-Price dealer, many of which are hardware stores or other shops that likely do not want to receive your call about battery compatibility. It seems the contact list hasn't been updated since the 20th century! Of course, the toys haven't changed since then either, so Fisher-Price is likely content with not updating its support page either, LOL!

I purchase these batteries every few years. I have a lot of grandkids with riding toys. We keep at least 3 in the different riding toys and 2 on the charger...with a spare to go on the charger (never want to run out of battery life when the kids want to ride on their outdoor toys). Battery life, at full charge, lasts a few days...which is actually quite a long time because they ride on these outdoor riding toys for most of the day and evening! 5 little ones running around outside, sharing and riding these cool toys. Excellent battery life...lasts years before it completely goes pooie and can't be recharged again.

arrived 2 days late had to give it a full charge. works great. kids love how it works they just blew the shifter out low and reverse quit.

Works and fits exactly as expected. My daughter's Barbie car completely stopped working recently. I wasn't even sure if the battery was the problem, so I had a lot of doubts when I bought this. I'm happy to report that she is ripping around our circle faster and for longer than ever now. I was very pleasantly surprised! I charged it for the recommended 18 hours and she was able to drive around for roughly an hour yesterday with no signs of slowing down, which is already longer than the original batter ever lasted on a charge. Without a doubt, this battery is expensive (the battery was significantly more expensive that what I paid for the entire car second-hand), but if you want to get a lot more life out of a power wheels toy, this did the trick for me!

Estuvimos a punto de comprar una genérica, porque no encontrábamos en ningún lugar la original, afortunadamente estuvo en stock en Amazon y la compramos, excelente producto, la batería la cargamos una vez y nos duró como 3 semanas de uso en las tardes con nuestra pequeña, la volvimos a cargar y llevamos ahorita 2 semanas y todo muy bien, vale la pena siempre comprar la original

This battery is a direct replacement for most 12v batteries on the powerwheel series (check your model for compliance). Being the name brand, it costs more than generics but it gives the performance you'd expect. Note that all Fisher-Price batteries require the Fisher-Price custom connector - this is not a problem if you already have it in the powerwheels vehicle (ie, just replacing battery), otherwise you can find it on eBay (ie, when adding a second battery). I needed to pick up an extra connector as I bought two batteries and hooked them together (my kids are older now and wanted more power out of it). If you decide to do the same, note that you will have to add cooling heatsinks to the motors so they don't overheat.

talcual lo que se ofrece, batalle un poco para conectarla entro muy justo el conector de la moto en la que se instaló. pero funciona perfecto
