I had a giftcard so I decided to try this stand. I don't think I would have bought this if I didn't have a giftcard. It is pretty cute, a light pink color, and really, really simple. There's pretty easy instructions included, along with the correct number of wooden panels and rubber bands. I didn't realize this was a rubber band fixture, I had anticipated screws or something more secure, but the wood is so thin that I don't think it could handle screws, so the bands make sense.To assemble you just slide the panels together and slip the bands over the peg sticking out the back. It seems secure enough, but I wouldn't put too much weight on it. Pictured is my 27 inch monitor - it's older, so it's a bit heavier than a newer monitor of the same size. I notice a slight bowing in the middle of the stand from the weight. I may place a piece of scrap wood under the stand for extra support. If you have a smaller/lighter monitor, this will be perfect. If your monitor is heavier, bigger, etc then maybe consider adding support if you're worried about a break.This is incredibly cheaply made, but I knew that when I bought it. It's cute, it's functional so far, and it was really easy to put together. The stand is not very deep so a laptop may not fit well on top. Longer paper documents, like letters, don't fit in the drawer or cubbies, so I was a little disappointed I couldn't stow all my papers in the drawer. But, the drawer is still functional and a good enough size for other things. The drawer is not threaded into it's spot, and there is a slight lip from the front panel of the drawer, so you have to kind of lift a little to get it back into the spot flush. The space under the stand is not big enough for my keyboard, but my keyboard is unusually sized and shaped, so this won't be an issue for most people.All in all, I'm pretty happy. I would do a 3.5 star if I could. This stand is cheap, cute, and easy to put together. It seems to be holding my monitor easily enough. The drawer is small and needs a little help to get back into place after being opened. The stand isn't very deep in dimension, but not tiny. There are no replacement parts if you break something during assembly, but I did get a handful of extra rubber bands. Pretty okay little desk organizer.

This monitor stand is very cute and was super easy to put together, but it isn’t something that is going to last very long. There is no structural support in the center where the monitor is supposed to sit, so if you have a monitor on the heavier side you’re going to experience bowing. The color is really pretty, a bit lighter than the pictures but I prefer a pastel pink anyway. It’s also a good size, you can fit a lot of supplies on this without it looking cluttered. I especially like the little drawer. I read some people complaining about the rubber bands being on the outside, but the ones I got were clear so you can barely tell they are there. It would be nice if they were pink to match the unit in the future. Overall this is a pretty good buy. I think it’s a little pricier than it’s worth, but I’m okay with having to replace it every so often.Edit June 2021: After using this unit for well over half a year I can say that it has held up beautifully. It still bows slightly from the weight of my iMac, but it hasn't gotten any worse since the day I got i and it's still very sturdy and cute. I've changed offices a few times since getting this and it hasn't acquired any scrapes or dents after moving it around constantly so I'm glad to say that the paint and structure hold up very well! I'm very happy with this purchase, it's been a lifesaver.

Easy to put together. No tools needed. Instructions are not very good. I had to reference the pictures on amazon. And my shelving is on the opposite side then what the picture shows, but works best for my desk. Cute and sturdy enough for what I needed.

Very shoddy monitor Wood does not support a 32 inch, bows in the middle I tried to support with a mental cup but it needs a wood 2x4 to hold 4 any length of time. They did not use REAL wood not even compresses wood. Ends are not painted. Very unhappy Laverne C.

Super cheesy!! Want to return but since I bought it a month before I set up my new desk I’m stuck with it. You put it together with rubber bands ON THE OUTSIDE so they’re visible.. it’s like a wooden log house you put together as a kid set up and the instructions are garbage.

I got it for my mom and she loved it!
