It’s electrical tape, it’s blue. Sticks well, didn’t buy it for electrical purposes but works well for color labeling items.

Ideal to repair those icords when they begin to crack. Blends right in, but it doesn't stay taught and adhere for long. I have to redo every 3 weeks or so.
