WIDOW-MAKER Metal Distortion Pedal

This pedal is perfect for a starter pedal for heavy metal. It’s sounds amazing and is super easy to use. 10/10 would recommend

I thought about writing an awful review of this pedal to keep others from trying it; it is that good and there is a part of me that doesn't want others to have this sound. It is just too good. But metal is bigger than all of us, so here goes:I have tried a lot of pedals over the years, from the screaming tree in the 70s up to the Diezel, Metal Muff, etc. and this is the raunchiest yet most realistic metal sound I have ever heard. Just jaw-dropping bottom and true to life metal tone. You have really two boosts, low and high and they are amazingly different. I love the low boost; through the clean channel on a Bugera t50 infinium and 2x12 EVH cabinet you feel this music even at a relatively low volume, and realize if the everyone could hear metal like this it would be on top again. This damn thing is addictive!Go the the high boost and you touching on a full bore metal/Van Halen first album sound but very rich and powerful.Two wonderful sounds that really complement each other. If you want to feel real heavy metal like it should be, this is it.Played through Seymour Duncan invaders, double humbuckers, even single coils, it will nail your sound to the wall. You have never heard another distortion pedal better than this one. And for $50.00! Only problem is, it is going to drown out your drummer. And yet not muddy and you hear the chords as you play them; not an easy chore for a distortion pedal.I have been debating posting this review for some days, as I love having this sound to myself, but it is just not fair to my metalhead friends. I hope you will enjoy it as I am. It has truly changed my life. When I think of the sound now I get a ----eating grin. It is that good. Be afraid; be very afraid.
