RGBZONE SP108E WiFi LED Controller, Smart APP Control, DC5V/12V/24V WS2812B WS2811 WS2815 WS2801 SK6812-RGBW WS2813 SK9822 etc Almost LED Strip Module Light

The one that came with my LED light strip burned out and this one worked perfectly on plugin.

Had this up in running within minutes of opening the box. Attached it to a 21x21 matrix with zero problems. The app was surprisingly easy to use. You have a ton of fun options in there to play with.Placement of the actual unit is important. You'll have to work out the sensitivity settings vs distance from the unit to get the effects your after. My next task is to experiment with the aux input vs the built in mic. Will update the review when I get around to ordering a 3.5mm male/male cord for the connection.

Item is well built and the app is easy to use. The only issue will have is choosing your favorite color/ pattern.

Works but the wires are super flimsy and come outQuality control is very poor. Only reason I got it is because the one that came with the led strips I got came broken with wires sticking out and I didn’t notice in time to return it so had to buy replacementApp that uses it sucks really bad and colors in accurate with limited features

The app will see the controller but will not connect.

Unit works fine. Easy to install but slow to pair sometimes. Will not auto re-pair after unit is turned off or out of range so you must exit app scan and pair everytime. For car or motorcycle I'd rather have a dongle personally ..I also liked light programs that the dongle and non bluetooth controller that came with lights had...Again it works well just preference

The media could not be loaded.  Really great and fun lighting for a young teen girl. I made her this Deku theme lamp.Made a lamp for my grand daughter for her 12 birthday and she absolutely loved it.

The functionality product, or the lack thereof, is not clearly explained in the description. Everything works fine in AP(Access Point) mode, where your phone directly connects to the SP108E. This mode forces your phone to connect at 2.4Ghz. Furthermore, your phone cannot access the internet or anything else in this mode.In STA(Station)mode, the desired mode for most applications, the notes indicate, "Controller and phone are in one same WIFI network" what this means is that your phone must connect to your WIFI network at 2.4Ghz. Should you have a modern phone and router, your phone will automatically connect to 5Ghz. You will not be able to control the SP108E. IMHO this is poor software and renders the product a toy. From my research, this has been a hidden issue for many years and has never been addressed by the manufacturer.

Initially worked perfectly. A few days later I left it on overnight and in the morning it had stopped working. Waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  This controller works great! I used the alitove weatherproof Lightstrip, and so far, everything has held up to the wintry conditions we've had lately (controller is tucked under the overhang of the roof, and wrapped in plastic sheathing)The app that goes with it is a bit clunky, but has the ability to produce some complex effects with a bit of fiddling.

It's a good one. It works with its app.I was expecting commonsense ON/OFF and Simple scheduling. But unfortunately it doesn't have such features.

It's good product and working perfectly, but the time to connect to the module is very long.
