Starting with the good I am told the MIC quality is really good and is not picking up on ambient noises in the room. Example a TV was playing at moderate volume less that 5 feet away and asked those listening if they could hear it and they said they could only hear my voice and it had good quality.The not so great, the volume level of the headphones themselves is a tad lacking, I have tried adjusting settings on my computer numerous times and no matter what the setting the level seems weak and lacking. I have only tried these on my PC so cant say if better with another system but would doubt it. I am able to hear and they function I would just personally rather have a bit more volume.The weird, the volume control built into the wire seems odd to me for one reason. When wearing the headphones on the controller turning the knob down is actually up on the volume and turning the knob up is down in the volume. This is by design and not a faulty unit or anything and really nothing wrong with it however struck me as strange and messing with my OCD a bit and worth mentioning to others. Not a reason to not get these headphones however worth mentioning.Over all a good product for the low price just a few quirks.

First off, I do not see why the other reviews are so negative. I love this headset. I plugged them into my Xbox one controller (updated version does not need an adapter) and the in depth sounds began. I started with Blackout in Black Ops 4. I could hear people walking/running in any direction (including on roof over my head). The headset helped me identify the type of gun being used and where to look upon hearing the gunfire. It is comfortable to wear and cancels out a lot of noise. I have absolutely no complaints with this product.

I absolutely love the headset but one of the suggestions I would give to you is Maybe when it comes to adjustments having them may just a bit smaller for individuals who are all different when it comes to shapes and sizes with their heads in face just because of the size of the headset... I have an uncle who is 6 foot 5 and they fit him more well than they do my own head... Other than that I absolutely love the headset and so far I have yet to give you any honest complaints about them

Edit: November 2020. After approximately 2 months of intermittent usage, this thing was junked. So, my rating changed from 5 stars to 1. I wasn't in the market for a disposable headset.Perfect for gaming and amazing sound quality, considering the price point. I would definitely purchase again.

Got these for my 10-year old for his Xbox.Most times they work well. It he did mention that sometimes he has issues with the contact that the connector has with the Xbox, which creates some static but It hasn’t stopped him yet. Generally he likes them a lot and when asked if he would want to exchanges them he says “no”

Worked well enough when they did work, looked cool and sound was acceptable. Then, literally 3 days after the return period these stopped working. No sound. The lights come on but nothing. The seller did send info with some steps to try to fix but did not work. They have been crickets and now I own a piece of junk plastic.

Microphone didn't work on my original purchase and sound would occasionally cut out depending on the angle the cordwas in. Returned it and Amazon sent another. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use it till about a month and a half later due to life events. Replacement also came with issues... microphone or switch doesn't work. Plug it in on my PS4 and it recognizes a microphone but no audio is transferred on to the PS. Only works as headphones :/

Since this comes with a usb for powering the leds, there is increased tension placed on the 3.5mm plug. Over time playing xbox 1, the surrounding fabric began to tear and now the wires are shorting in and out. I have taped up the cable to see if limiting the movement of the wires would allow for the sound to stay, but it is still in and out.This may be a great fit where the 3.5 mm plug and the usb are being used but not when only 3.5mm plug is being used.
