Unable to plug into wall as designed.
I was looking for a non-chemical solution for flying pests in the home and after reading the reviews I decided on this device. Once the device arrived the prep of the attractant was easy enough given the enclosed instructions. I went to plug the device into the wall only to realize the polarity was reversed. In order to plug the device in, I would have to invert it and the catch tray would be upside down making it useless. I've included pics with this review to better illustrate the problem. Needless to say, I sent the device back.

Works great and easy to plug in!
We unboxed this and used it right away! We are in Colorado and have very little annoying bugs right now because it’s spring, but it has a little square scent pod in it and you have too uncrew the screw to take the face plate off and get inside to the pod, take the plastic top off of the pod (change it out once a month) & it will attract the little annoying, biting little devils and it’ll kill em’ in an instant & you even hear a noise to know the job is done!! Lol we can’t wait to use it this summer and already have it ready to go and it’s killed 2 of them so far! We won’t be removing the cover for the scent until it’s closer but we know this thing works already! 😍🙌🏻👌

Good in theory; not good in practice
The idea is great: A small fly catcher that plugs into an outlet with an LED light source that should last up to 50,000 hours. The reality isn't quite so rosy. I don't know if it was a manufacturing defect, but the polarized plug was mounted backwards (wide blade on the right instead of the left), so I have to keep this plugged in upside down. Also, in the few months I've had this, the LEDs have dimmed to about 1/3rd their original brightness. Finally, I haven't seen this catch or zap a single fly. We've had a few flies in the house and they apparently aren't interested in this item at all.

All you do is plug it in the outlet!
There's nothing more that I dislike than having bugs in my home! It never fails that a fly or mosquito slips in no matter how careful we are about quickly shutting the door! While it's still early for any to get in yet, I am now prepared for when it happens! This item plugs in the outlet & it'll attract the pesky bugs! This is much better than those sticky fly catchers or swatting them with a newspaper/handtowel!

I hate mosquitoes. Tried different brands
I rally need a zapper. I hate mosquitoes. Tried different brands. Decided to order this one. It was HUGE.... I wasn’t expecting to see something this big. Plus it switches upside down. It’s made wrong. You can definitely use it as a nightlight, but even the light for the bedroom is too bright. The first day I used it ot zapped something, so I guess it works. I’ll just keep it for a while because I desperately need it.

LOVE but just hogs the whole plug
I love the zapper, but it needs a new design. It takes up the whole plug, and who has a whole plug they can waste? BUT I do like the zapper, my flies have NOT been liking it at all. Just wish I knew where to buy the replacement attractors. I seen where you said they don't need to be replaced but it can't hurt.

The prongs on the plug are reversed and will not ...
The prongs on the plug are reversed and will not work on any three prong outlet in the USA. Why on earth is this product sold in USA. Returning the products!!!

I really like this little zapper
I really like this little zapper. It is nice to have one indoors because mosquitoes seem to always get in my bedroom at night and bite me. I have already found a couple of dead ones, this spring, in this trap. So it is doing it's job!
