Is the peppermint flavor strong? I want something with a strong minty taste to start my day.

It is not overly strong. And I have stepped it for 15 minutes and still not strong. But it is good tea and I enjoy it.

Can this be used in skin and body care?

I bought it to make tea, I love drinking black tea with mint, but this one has faint & different flavor. I was not able to stand the taste. But you can use it in external skin preparations, first use it on small area of your skin to test it (to avoid reaction), that what I will do if I am going to use it on my skin.

can this be used to make peppermint extract?

Fresh leaves are best for extracts, but you can brew this like a tea and then make a concentrate by steeping the leaves in a small amount of water that is just off a boil.
