Bonita presentacion
Bonita presentación del libro pero esperaba muchos amigurumis de unicornios, lamentablemente no me gusto mucho porque trae variadas labores de crochet, bastante basicas, pero muy pocos amigurumis que es lo que esperaba.

AWESOME
This crochet book has a lot of different patterns. The only thing I feel that could be better is how the materials are listed, I was confused on what yarn to get and ended up using separate colors to make some instead of the skein with all colors together

Confusing and disappointing
I give up. I’ve been crocheting for several years now and have made tons of amigurumi from many different sources, including books and online. But reading the patterns in this book makes my head hurt. While the book itself is very pretty, and the photos are really cute, there’s just no way I will be able to get through a pattern here without crying. Right off the bat, I thought I’d try one of the appliqué patterns but it’s so confusing that I just can’t keep going. And as others have said, the title is seriously misleading. Very few unicorns and way too many “little girl” items that don’t work for adult unicorn lovers. So disappointing.

Simply adorable!
This is the cutest book I’ve seen in a long time. Well worth the money! So excited to start on one once I figure out which one I want to do first!

Don't waste your money!!!
I was gifted this beautiful book and was so thrilled to make the projects. Unfortunately, there are so many mistakes in the patterns that I often had to completely make up what to do because the pattern is absolute nonsense.I've been crocheting for 7 years and own a business making and selling my stuff. I've seen my fair share of pattern mistakes but THIS is by far the worst I've ever seen and almost completely unmanageable if you're not an intermediate to advanced crocheter. As you can see by this photo, this is so incorrect it hurts! It's incredibly frustrating to work from this book!I haven't tried them all but this photo is from the mini unicorns pattern. I also looked over the narwall pattern and saw a ton of mistakes there as well. The only reason I've been able to figure out how to actually get through is to make it up on my own by looking at the picture of the completed project and using my skills and prior knowledge of amigurumi.P.S. The small heart appliques pattern didn't have mistakes.

Disappointing
I thought this would be a book which contained 50 patterns for different unicorns. Be very clear about the fact that actually, only 4 of these patterns are for amigurumi unicorns and actually, one of those is for a narwhal. There are a further 3 which are a unicorn hobby horse and unicorn musical pull toy and egg cosies. Then there are the kid hoodie and unicorn blankie patterns and a unicorn bootie pattern for infants. No adjustments for adult sizes so if, like me, you only have adult unicorn lovers in your life, this is disappointing. The rest of the patterns are for "unicorn inspired" items like a star baby blanket, rainbow bookmark, cloud mobile, dream headband etc... For some people, this will be great but seriously, if you do not have kids to make for, save your money and find another pattern for suitable unicorns. Added to this, as well as the fact that the way these patterns are written is very bizarre (e.g. Miss every 3rd stitch rather than 2dc, 2dctog which doesn't give the same number of stitches which is, I assume, why she's written it that way), I have already found quite a few mistakes in the pattern I have started in terms of stitch counts which are wrong. I tracked the author down on Instagram and she did confirm that the first one was wrong so I have assumed that I am correct about the rest. If you are a beginner and/or have not got your head around US/UK crochet terminology DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. It will be confusing and frustrating. There are also NO pictures of how to put together so in this pattern that I am working on, she says leave a long tail and then sew the opening into a cross shape - I can't imagine why you would do that when the back of the head will be somewhat visible and you could decrease the stitches until you close which is what I will do but a beginner would have no way to know that. There are many other aspects a beginner would struggle with such as the fact that she recommends adding rice in the overview but does not tell you how to do it or put it in the main pattern. On the whole, I wish I had sent it back when I realised that there were insufficient patterns for me. I'm giving it 3 stars because it is pretty cute and it will appeal to people with kids who like unicorns who are not beginners.
