Bought this camera in 2013 and up until the past few weeks has been a great camera. Started having problems with the tracking /zoom lens. Can no longer take pictures. Have turned camera on and off as suggested, replaced battery and memory card to no avail. since I thought I was purchasing a better quality camera. I thought I was purchasing a good quality camera and expected it to last for at the very least for 5 years!

the kit is very helpful to someone who is just starting out and the camera itself takes very good pictures
