Works great out of the box, cuts fine details.
I make a mask with a cricut cutter, apply to a rock or glass, and this sand blaster is easy to control and gives a nice deep engrave even on agates on those small letters. Note that it is a very fine tool, perfect for fine engraving but not what you want for cleaning big tools. You need your own air compressor, and will probably have to put together a couple of connectors from the hardware store to connect the compressor to the hose. After that, it worked great right away. Also, the mess in minimal. There's a hole in back I could connect to a dust catcher but I use it outside and it doesn't produce much dust (I still wear a mask and goggles!).

Dust collection is finicky, but GREAT hobbyist system for the price.
This little sandblaster has no dust collection, so you'll need to add a filtered hose or collection box to the back or it'll cover your workstation with sand within seconds. Emptying/reusing spent media is kind of a pain, but the whole box is so small and lightweight that you can just pick it up and dump everything out to re-collect it. You absolutely need to invest in some replaceable screen protectors so you don't etch the window and lose visibility. The only thing the power cable powers is the light. The foot pedal is just an analog air valve, not a solenoid, so when you release the pedal, media continues blowing for a couple of seconds. If that isn't a dealbreaker for you, this system is absolutely worth it. Paid for itself with one project.

Works great, but makes a mess
The used media is not recaptured, instead it literally just blows out a hole in the back and makes a mess. I had to engineer my own solution for that. Other than that it works great.

Amazing
Amazing, only have to read very well the instructions and then have a good air pressure and the machine works perfectly

It does the job!
I bought it for removing cements from ortho brackets and it works well. Reservoirs are metal so I cannot see the powder level but minor issues.

Best to clean before cementation of crowns and bridges, dentures and rusting instruments.
2 nozzles, and easy operations.

Defective Regulator
Hooked it up but no air was getting to the gauge or the switch for the tanks. Defective regulator I turned the dial up as high as it could go but still no air.
