ICSTHFrench Beret - Wool Solid Color Womens Beanie Cap Hat

This soft wool baret looks better in person than the photo. It fits perfect since I have a larger head. Its warm and is attractive on.

Over all it was a good looking and fun hat, it looks almost like those high quality wool berets that you buy in a department store but this one is a lot lighter and the texture is less smooth. The reasons of why I am giving only 4 stars are 1. The hat seems a bit small, I have a small head but when I put on this hat it can barely cover the back of my skull, good thing the hat barely have any weight so it still stay ok. 2. I am not trying to be picky but the hat does disappoint me a little when I see this little wool coming out of the hat. Yet again you get what you pay for.

Just received this and am disappointed. (1) I can see light through this when I hold it up (its navy and on every weave row - I can see light through it.=); (2) the light weight/weave of beret is not made for winter in cold climates; (3) I have a small head - this out of the bag is TIGHT on me - that has never been a problem - the ONLY way it sits comfortably on my small adult head - is to open the fold and then it is still snug ---- overall not what I expected and I guess you get what you pay for....should send it back I guess

If you are buying this for a child or an adult with a freakishly small head, you'll love it. For anyone older than 14 with a normal head and hair, it will be so small, it almost doesn't fit like a beret. I have thick, straight hair and it looks like a cloche hat once I put it on. Very disappointing. The quality is good and the color is true to what is shown on the website.
