Is the conditioner runny like shampoo? Also, mine makes suds...?? Did I get a dud bottle?

The conditioner is runny like the shampoo but I haven't noticed suds and I usually pump 3 times to get a large amount for my thick, long hair.

Is it good for colored hair? I don’t want it to strip my dyed hair

I use the semi-permanent hair color that washes out after 28 washings and it has not changed anything about my color.

Why is there no instructions on how to open the pump? Im still struggling to.open rhe open

There is an arrow on the top of the pump showing the direction to turn in order to release it.
