I have been taking this D3 supplement for almost a year and I have absolutely noticed positive results. I feel better I have more energy. Had to start taking these after a blood test showed that my vitamin D was deficient. I started taking these 3 months ago, and was retested last week, My vitamin D levels are back up into the normal range now. These are small and easily swallowed with a small amount of water. Since they are a softgel, there is no taste.

As the title says, I think this was a solid vitamin d3. Did notice a small boost in energy levels, though I changed a variety of things in my health regiment so who knows. Easy to take and great price. I however will not be repurchasing, just wanted one that also had k2 and wasnt made with seed oils.

This is my favorite brand of D3. I live in a northern state, where it’s gray for more of the year than not, and my office job keeps me indoors a lot. My entire family was testing low in Vitamin D, so we started supplementing. I credit this supplement for strengthening my immune system. Working with the public, I used to get frequent viruses in the winter. For the past few years, I have stayed healthy, even when my coworkers were passing viruses around the office. I also take L-Lysine when someone catches a bug, so between the two, no sick days for me. Love it!

All I can say is I've been using this brand D3, bought here, for years. I just pop one in the morning with my morning pills, but especially so in the darker winter months. They say Americans are low on D in general, my lab readings are always good in this reading, using this brand and dose. No complaints from my Doc, leaves no complaints from me.

Small gel caps make them so easy to swallow and there's no after taste. Great price and fast delivery. I'm going to opt for "AUTO-SHIP" so there'll be no worries about running out.
