Best strainer I’ve used professionally…
This is a great quality, heavy duty bar strainer, and the best one I know of. I use one at work and one at my home bar. It’s one of those great buys that’s a permanent in your bar tool arsenal.

Great upgrade from my other Hawthorne strainers

Nice dense spring
Lots of Hawthorne strainers have wire springs so loose you could pass your finger through it easily. That completely defeats the purpose of a strainer. Not this one - the spring is dense and tight and it filters drinks very well. Fits a standard mixing glass snugly and can obviously fit anything wider as well (eg a mixing tin).

Perfect size for home use!
I debated on getting one that was either smaller or larger but I am so glad I selected this particular size. It is great for home use for whether you're doing whether a small whiskey glass or Margarita type glasses this is perfect.
