ll the products I looked at looked the same. Maybe even made in the same factory? The prices seemed to vary so I took a chance and picked the most economical model. There is a similar kind of product that allows for varying the weight used and was more expensive. OK I tried the economical version. I played a little golf 40 years ago, so I was "rusty". This product, in my opinion is worth its weight in gold if you want to get the feel of the swing. It really does help with timing, control, and swing path while being great for warming up and building neuromuscular fitness for golf.

Copy of the $95 Orange Whip Golf Swing Training aid. This one is cheaper solely because it is made in China which I would’ve prefer not purchase from but did just because of price difference. Could be better rated by adding a YouTube video and made in USA.

This is just what I was looking for. It's a little more flexible than I expected, but is still high quality, especially for the price which is about half of what you'll find anywhere else. It's a good trainer to both get you warmed up and help you groove your swing more and stop casting like is my natural tendency.

Overall, it's just like any other weighted ball soft shaft swing trainer, seems like decent construction. Shaft was pretty soft which is fine, it's made to flex so not worried about it. The only thing i thought it had was a contoured grip that aligns your hands. Its a normal round grip which is ok but would have been nice if it had one of those training grips. 5 stars for low price.

Good stretching tool for golf.

Great for warm up. I use to take 2 or 3 irons out of my bag and swing them to stretch out before a round of golf. Many times the irons would clang together, and it was just awkward to hold two or three irons. This did the trick. It is heavy enough for a good stretch.

The grip is way to small! It’s like a mens undersize grip. Grip size options should be available. Even a reminder grip option! Not that heavy, just got it, I’ll give it 29 days to improve my backswing flexibility and shoulder turn. Skeptical!
