Outry M4 M16 AR-15 Type Magazine Pouch Mag Holder - Triple/Double/Single Airsoft MOLLE Mag Pouch - Velcro Closed Flap Version - Single - Digital Desert

I've never even held an AR-15 but I hack milspec gear for my highly tactical civilian life. Check it out: the magazine pouches on these things are just about the perfect size to securely carry an iPhone 7 with battery case, or a small packable windbreaker, or some doggy treats when doing some long-range flyball force recon with your personal K-9 unit. I use mine paired with a "last resort" rigger's webbing belt – the kind with an integrated belaying buckle in the loop, perfect for attaching a leash with an S-biner. This way, I can even run with said K-9 and not worry about all my gear flying out. Boss.This particular example is very well made, primarily of uniform, tightly-woven nylon that has a slight sheen to it that you can make out in the second product photo. The snaps operate positively and smoothly. There is a lot of tactical gear out there that is just sloppily made. This is a cut above.

Multicam pattern is well done, colors are faithful, not too vivid like on some Chinese merchandise (the knife sheath in the 2nd photo). Nylon feels like good quality, fabric and stitching are on par with other products. As you can see in the 1st photo, the MOLLE attachment straps are not spaced right. The plate carrier I am attaching this too isn't perfect either as far as the MOLLE goes, but it is close enough. I was able to snap the straps closed, even with the straps splayed out like that, and the end result is completely usable. Don't know if others have had a similar experience or if I just got a lemon. OCD sufferers want to spend the extra few bucks on a brand with better QC.

Ordered the Open Top and Velcro Closed versions. Prefer the Open Top with bungee. Easily fits Magpul 30 with Cap. Also fit Magpul 40 Rounder as well. Well stitched pouch inside and out. Also like the straight even Molle straps. Also has 3 slots for Molle straps on front of Mag Pouch. Closed Velcro version does not have. After trying several scabbards for 16" barrel AR-15, settled on VISM NcStar Tactical Rifle Scabbard (CVRSCB2919) which I have an OD Green + Black Version. Photo is of 16" barrel AR-15 with 30 round mag in well + Dot sight mounted on top. Easily slips into scabbard, well secured. Also adjusts for my AR-15 with 20" barrel. Ordered a 2nd OUTRY Open Mag Pouch for opposite side of NcStar Scabbard. Perfect fit when mounted in any of 4 directions. Will have a double version on both sides of scabbard. The two pouch fits the width of the scabbard perfectly, providing 4 magazine holders.

Pictures included in review. I bought two of these mag pouches to go on a Rodut (TM) Gen II Battle Belt Tactical Belt (from a different seller on Amazon). The pouches fit nicely on the belt and can easily hold a 30 round mag in each slot. The slots have the capability of holding a 40 round mag, but that's stretching the capabilities of the band securing the mag in place (picture included to show that capability of the pouch. The design makes the removal of the magazines fast and simple making it perfect to use in both comoetitions and recreationally. Overall, the seams are expertly sewn, the pattern/color is rich, and fabric is durable.

Quality magazine holder. Keeps the magazines secure with no chance of accidently coming out. I have seen a few inferior pouches from friends that had paid a lot more than I did for this. Do keep in mind that these do not come with a velcro backing. You could add one but it would probably be better to find one with it already there. For my purposes this will work fine.

So I bought a couple of the coyote tan double pouches a few months ago. I'm an extremely casual airsoft player, and a much more serious hiker and outdoorsman, but about half of my survival gear has a MOLLE platform anyway, so it seemed like a good enough investment. As a survivalist, I'd recommend these for carrying fire starters, small first aid kits, GPS, or whatever else you may be carrying. As far as tactical use, they have more than sufficient magazine retention, they fit snugly, and I can have a fresh mag in the gun AND a spent mag back in the pouch inside of three seconds.On top of performance, they don't take away too much of the MOLLE platform because they've got integrated webbing. I wasn't honestly expecting 1,000D polymer when I ordered them, but they're the real deal. They're actually tougher than the chest rig I use them with and the backpack I usually mount them to. I was also surprised when I got a follow-up email FROM AN ACTUAL PERSON. The customer service seems pretty friendly based on that, though I've had no need to use it. They certainly seem to care about quality control. Granted, I've got a reputation for meticulously treating my gear better than I treat my friends, but even so, I'm confident they can handle more abuse than I would sensibly throw at them.

This review is for the double mag pouch with the cover flaps, not the taco pouches with the elastic bands to hold the mags in.I needed a mag pouch that could easily mount to a 2 inch web belt. This did the job perfectly.Many others are made with MOLLE attachments for a chest plate but they don't work great with a belt. They flop around loose. This one works great with a belt and doesn't bounce much when you walk.It will hold 2 polymer mags in each slot, but it's a stretch. They don't go in or out easy but they do fit. It holds 2 steel mags easily and smoothly. But...here's the cool part...they hold a single mag in each pouch just fine. There is an elastic band around each pouch that cinches down on the mags so if you have 2 or 1 mag in each pouch it holds them tight. A single mag isn't floating around in the pouch loosely. This also means you can put other stuff in them. A flashlight fits in one nicely, for example, with the elastic band holding it tight. So these can be used for a lot more than just magazines.The flaps have a lot of velcro so they aren't coming open by accident.

So I bought this for a cosplay and I have included come pics with 3D printed prop magazines which are identical scale to air soft magazines.I have to say these are fantastic quality and could quite easily take some punishment before showing signs of wear.Pros: Stitching is very strong. Colour finish is even and accurate. Seams are strong. There are no loose threads. The elastic cords provide a good grip of the mag within also ugh I will be removing these for the cosplay. I think if I were to use this for airlift I would be extremely pease with the storage provided.It would be easy to fit this to mole army jacket.Cons: I think my only grips is the cost, but I can't knock a star off for this as I simply think that its expensive for a cosplay item haha, this is a bargain for the quality fo the item.

Great piece of equipment for an airsoft player.Keeps my extra mags on person at all times with no fears of them falling out during a game.The pouches looks and feels like it is made with quality materials and unlike some products I've bought the stitching has stayed firm and in place with no loss ends.The supplier even went out of his way to email me to ensure I was completely 100% happy with his product.Will defiantly buy from this supplier again when the time comes to get new equipment.

I used it over the weekend for CQB training. I fitted this to a belt and found it to work perfectly ok. I am unsure if this fits well on a molle system as I don't have any at present. I would have no problems on buying this again in future.

really good. can't complain only regret that i didn't bought two seperate. as it doesn't fit perfectly on my battle belt. but no other problemM4 mags fit perfectly and don't fall out even without securing them!

Fantastic quality piece of equipment, attaches well to any molle system, I have mine attached to a drop leg system and it's easy to access magazines when playing airsoft. They will fit m4 magazines but I found that it is a bit of a tight fit when it comes to anything like g36 mags. However the elastic strap keeps them secure and looks cool too!

Robust, well made and fits my mags perfectly. The elastic covering string can be shortened or lengthened, so could fit shorter or longer mags from a standard M4/M16 STANAG. Width would need to be the same mind.

Love the bungee retention for the magazine's. They are also a nice snug fit. Already had a double pouch and bought a triple to finish kitting out the plate carrier i have.

Fits my GHK G5 magazines perfectly only problem being the top elastic came undone so had to re-tie it then glue it in place

Meh, ok I suppose but not for work. The elastic retention bands came off within a day...

Looks good and is made of solid material. Works perfectly with my plate carrier. Also came very quickly. Great product.

Very good for what im using it for. Easy to remove and fit magazine in. Also have another set attached to the front and a drop bad. Holds up quite well.

The three pouch version is made of decent material but due to the placement of the straps it's not actually properly pals/molle compatible.

Good fit for the m4 mags, sturdy and durable. Wish the front Molle was multicam aswel tho

fit my 3 mid cap m4 mags in them perfectly. cant complain at all. once inserted into my vest and buttoned up. no movement what so ever.
